I don't understand why the interest payment on my credit card is nearly £80 again this month. It's been going down by a few pounds each time I make a payment and it makes no sense for it to have gone back up.
I'm at the point in the month where I feel like I'm making no progress at all. Really not enjoying self isolating, I need fresh air and exercise. Going to try to get out in the garden for my lunch break and rake some leaves. The garden needs a general tidy up for winter but it has rained so much here recently I have avoided it.
Still plodding away with surveys, cashed out another £5 the other day which will go on Christmas presents.
Feeling really low again about money and indeed everything.HSBC Credit Card £6400 now £5587.43 now 5229.9 now £0!!!

Today's question is do we need to pay life assurance policies? We only had them as they were a condition of our mortgage but we paid that off a few years ago. DH is never going to work again so we dont need to protect his income. I realise that I understand nothing about them or what they are for or how they work. I'm a bit ashamed of this to be honest.HSBC Credit Card £6400 now £5587.43 now 5229.9 now £0!!!

It would be a lump sum that gets paid out on the death of the other. So to cover funeral costs, living costs etc. So I guess it depends on what money you might need if the other wasn't there.*Dad loan - £5300 - £7200
