Can I ask a stupid question - what are they and what do you do with them? :)

You wait until it's a fine night ....warm enough to sit in the garden. Find some little dishes and pour in some good quality olive oil or chilli oil and some balsamic vinegar......dip in these little breads and rinse down with a very chilled glass of crisp dry white wine:)

I should have taken a pic of my copper pipes before they were boxed in. :rotfl:

Plasterer was ill so no one here today. :(

I am jealous.. I really want copper, but I know it is luxury that we cannot afford, if we are ever able to employ a plasterer... or several plasterers that are very good.

    They look nice TS...

It's really difficult choosing, we went to Topps tiles, Tile Giant and a local firm, some of the ones I liked were nearly £50 square metre. And I'm not sure if some of the cheaper ones would withstand the footfall of a busy kitchen.

The local guy gave us a 10% discount for something similar, slightly smaller tile but still came in just over £150 more expensive for us.

Use plastic where it is hidden..i.e. underfloors and behind the plasterboards....Only bits of copper on show is that which comes out of the floor into the radiators..Around the boiler for obvious reasons....etc..its all so easy to use now...everything is mainly pushfit..
