Thanks scamps. I have mentioned it to doctor he first gave me some cream which I couldn't manage to rub onto soreness and no one to help. So went back and he gave me some strong ibuprofen. That docs retired so when I next go to the docs will mention it to new doc see what he says.

Please do it tweets. I couldn't sleep as it hurt so much or even throw a feather before I had the surgery. It made such a difference.
At least the dogs are ok as I can now throw sticks for them!!

I will , may go Easter hols unless I ask for repeat prescription HRT. Don't like visiting unless I have to.

Next time will be October after that (unless I proper poorly) he will put on prescription I got to see him. I normally visit just before I go back after long summer hols in September

I not that bad scamps. I can throw Poppy's kong never thrown her a stick . Knowing her she will look at stick and not fetch it back.

I put hot water bottle on shoulder if its aching in bed . That reminds me I need a new hot water bottle my other broke just after Christmas and I threw it in the bin. I have a small hwb but that's not the same :rotfl:

I will tell doc next time I visit him or her they hubby and wife team.
