Was tempted to a Dotty and say 'moan moan moan' but I fear this may be misconstrued, in a kinky sense ;)

I have arthiritis in right shoulder got to be careful I don't carry or lift heavy things that can set it off :(

I also try and walk Poppy with left hand she pulls.

Thankfully I don't have the pain all the time but it lasts nearly a week when it flairs up. :(

Get your shoulder looked at! I pulled a muscle in my right shoulder 15 years ago and suffered for 5 years with arthritis. 20 minute keyhole surgery and it's been fine for the last 10 years.

Thanks scamps. I have mentioned it to doctor he first gave me some cream which I couldn't manage to rub onto soreness and no one to help. So went back and he gave me some strong ibuprofen. That docs retired so when I next go to the docs will mention it to new doc see what he says.
