Afternoon All,
Sitting in Caffe Nero waiting to give dd lift home from work, while charging car for free!

Feeling a bit poorly over the weekend and today . Holidayitis! Did go to work this morning, as school is lovely without students - so quiet, got lots done! Came home and had a lie down! Hope I am fit for Friends dd wedding on Thursday.

Need to get hair cut tomorrow. Will have to pay muggle prices as no offers around. :eek:

Seem to be doing muggle shopping atm too, as keep missing out on glitches. I will make the effort to get free pizza tomorrow to offset hair cut.

1st day back at work today after last week's thing with my boss. Made a pact with myself to keep my head down and not do anything outside my remit and to take short messages and not be too helpful. Had a terrible nights sleep as I seem to have become more and more depressed about the whole thing. But today went well I was busy which helped and boss asked me if I was ok to run the office tommorow on my own as he and my colleague are out delivering vehicles in the morning and want to play a game of golf after lunch.

But as usual in my life someone else is driving me mad. As you know my elder sister is a bit of a pain and wants to take out 89 year old Mum to Nice for a weeks holiday shortly. She took her in October ( against my younger sister and mine advice) and we managed to get travel insurance for about £250.00 as she has hydrocephalus, heart and mobility problems. But I did an insurance quote and the cheapest I got was £550.00 and some were as high as £2500.00! So I did another and could not even get a quote. Now elder sister wants to not put down all of Mums health problems in the hope of getting a cheaper quote or to contact Saga ( who did last year's quote ) to see if they will do it. She wont listen to either me or my sister that if she tells lies then the policy would be void even if she got some medical problems whilst abroad that were new problems.
As an example she has been home since Sat night and has already managed to cut my mums leg open on the car door!!
I am trying to be more positive in anticipation of my next grandaughter arriving as DD says she want her to have a happy and positive nanny.
