AJ... i've cooked a courgette and lemon curd cake before...the courgette just moistens it and you cant taste the flavour of them.
its grated up so there is perhaps an slight tinge of green if you grate it very roughly but if you use a fine grater you can't tell.
I think you can use it in a chocolate cake too although if I do a vegetable chocolate cake its usually beetroot that I use for much the same reason.
That's really interesting LEJC. I couldn't see any green so it must have been finely grated. I must admit it's a very tasty cake and sooo moist. I will buy it again, only 2 of us to eat it as dh wouldn't touch it :eek: :rotfl::rotfl:

Alba appear to be after some new testers in the 18-25 year old age category.
