Adding to T&Cs online won't affect what's instore and depends on how the stores you have are displaying the offer. If there's a suggestion from the way in which it is displayed and/or what's written on the labels that the non-offer wines are in the offer, then clear case for DTD:D. (If they don't mention the exclusion you could reasonably assume it was included - maybe depending on how the wines were displayed and in relation to what offer labels etc.) On the proposed addition to online: is that an admission that, up until the point at which that is added, the website is misleading and therefore should never have been in that state (which I presume it now, right at this minute, still is)? If I was mad enough, I'd take a screen copy and post it to the ASA:eek:. Probably decide that, as T's changed it by the time they open up a case, and the 'advertising' is not going to appear in that form again, the case is resolved and therefore closed down:mad::rotfl:.

    Evening Everyone.

I noticed today when I tried to read the 25% off wine banners that the bottoms were all cut off that contained the terms and conditions, not sure about other stores?????

So no info available at all in my store.

Does anyone know how to find a Court case?

Helping someone and need to find Wilson V York 2013 Canterbury crown court.

There's various information online, some of it accessible to everyone - some of it (university libraries, with passwords etc.) not. I've done the obvious - googled "Wilson York Canterbury Crown Court" and can't see anything (at least not on 'first page'). Google as Yahoo etc. is useless. There will be public libraries that have law reports that can be seen - however perhaps the case has not been reported? Why don't you do the obvious: ring Canterbury Crown Court and ask them? (Obviously, when they're back during the day next week.) I wouldn't usually have thought FOI request, some court data is accessible, some is not, I always have the impression (probably wrong as I am not a lawyer) that if you ask for anything from a court you then get hit with unexpected big bills and requests for you to pay for the information - some things may be charged for but I don't know what or how much - you can only enquire online and courts are part of the Ministry of Justice which does deal with FOI requests so I suppose if the telephone enquiry leads to it, maybe the FOI request route. But, to me, for a court case - if it's not online, I'd just ring the relevant court and ask - see what (if anything) they can let you have - or what you can have access to without going into the FOI route. I wouldn't imagine their databases had been purged as it's only 2013, however I don't know how long they would have detailed information for. If the information isn't otherwise publicly accessible, then it may be FOI request and see what that gives (they generally aren't charged for).

There's a publicly available court listing service online. It's upcoming cases though and I don't know about historical. I usually want to know the one where they've redacted the parties' names:rotfl:.

I saw £1.10 at an esso garage a couple of days ago.

Oil has gone up a lot the last two months so we are lucky they kept the prices down.

Although, I'm sure they have stockpiled while it was $25 a barrel meaning any increase is an insult.

yes some1 did a brand match in sainsbrys ,not sure which works better but ive had a lot of very successful shops in asda with the coke.. i buy 20 normal coke and 10 coke zero use 10 vouchers = -10 x £1.73 (amount they have been told to do a coupon o/r) so after 2 £2 etc comes of and 10 x £1.73 the amount to pay is £12.70 ,but for that you have 30 bottles of coke 20 of which u can recycle all over again.so how im working it out is that after u get ur second lot of free coke u have 50 bottles for £12.70 .hope ive explained all that correctly hth x

You don't seem to be counting the £10 you spent at the start of the process that gave you the 10 mocs to use in the first place. You're spending about £22.70 for 60 bottles

How i would do it is buy 20 coke in A for £20, do 2 BM shops in S (10 coke zero and 9x10p sweets in each). That gives you another 20 bottles and 2x£9.50 BMs.

That way you spent £20 in A, a couple of quid in S and you end up with 40 bottles of coke and nearly your full spend back in BMs. It's almost like cashing in APGs for BMsof near value with 40 bottles of coke thrown in free :rotfl:

Chuck in a cashback item or 2 and you could probably improve it

It's not hugely better than your way, the advantage is there is no chance of the SA over-riding the moc to £1 which they MIGHT do on a rare occasion in A

    Inspiring me!

I think the reason people are going to sainsbobs is because there is a chance the check out !!!. could put the vouchers through the till at £1 each.

    Did you abbreviate assistant? :rotfl:

Anyway, yup. The SA may over ride to £1, they may refuse the mocs altogether because it's not to be used with an offer

I buy in S to avoid both of those. Also i get nectar points, bonus points, etc

I'm not going out of my way or driving back and forth between the stores. One visit to A, one visit to S and supplies are sufficiently topped up
