When I met Mr monkey he had a fair few debts that were getting him down, he couldn't see the end of the tunnel. 2 years later he was debt free and we began saving for our new home.
The advice I would give would be
. Don't look at the debt as a whole
. Make a list of what you owe where
. Look at the worst one for interest first
. Either chip away at that increasing your payment when and where you can or switch to a lower rate...(ie I put my next account xmas sale spend on a 0% interest cc and pay that off instead of monthly payments+ interest to next themselves)
. When that's done work on the next worst offender
. It will take time but you will get there and cross them all off one by one:)

    :T:T:T Well done :T:T:T

So they scan w/o price input? You don't remember what the last 4 digits were?...
if they do need price input, they could have bought in T express...

OK... so here's a question....and it's not intended to inflame but more to find out.....and perhaps get a bit of conversation and good banter on the thread.....

if you have 50 bottles of coke...do you drink them quicker than if you had a lesser amount, just because they are there?

I know when we have excesses of things that's usually the case...when it s rice we seem to have an extra pack just because we can....same with the odd bottle of wine and certainly in the days of penny chocs we always had a box open.

So aside from those who glitch to sell on....what do you do with your stashes and how long does it take to use them up...do you have more of something simply because.....

    open to all.....

My reply would be depends what it is:) chocolate and biscuits tend to be consumed faster than they would normally if they were cheap/glitchy.
Wine I buy to last and it does, we've just finished the xmas 25% off ones. I've still loads of free cider left too. I find theres a bit too much for one in a bottle;)
I've toned down my glitching for many reasons, but one being I like to be organised, I like everything to have a place. I've found that juggling working and the monkeys time is precious, full cupboards don't make me happy, they annoy me that I can't get to what I want when I want it. End up with everything out and then have to put it all back:( just my thoughts on your question and of course each to their own. Now if I had tiny's pantry or a spare room or garage even then my answer may be totally different:)

I would personally say that I don't over eat or drink on products that are stashed as I have been stashing Lucozade for 30 years plus ..but I do tend to give other bits of stashes away saying they are free ...have to stop thinking that way because it isn't free ..I have to buy 8-10 items and my time and petrol so it really isn't free if you are giving it away
I took a friend who has a dog for the dental six last week I drove told her what to buy paid for it on my card then printed her £9 plus voucher and I said you owe me £11 plus and then you get the voucher to spend at Asda ....she said well just keep the voucher and I owe you the £2 plus ....grrrrrrrrrrrr

I don't buy in excess anymore unless I know they are going to get used.

I am still using handwash that was free with money off shopping from Sainsbobbs years ago and still using comfort that was free from years ago,

Other than that I haven't got any stash anymore unless they for mum, DS pressies.

Even my toilet paper nearly gone. I did order some TM posted about last week on groupon but never known anyone so slow still waiting for them . Don't think I will order from groupon again . When I spoke on chat yesterday to cs thought advisor was snotty and rude told me will get delivered Monday. I told them isn't it bank hols Monday so probably no post. ;) Don't even know who delivering them.

lots of my stashes have gone or are dwindling too tweets...I actually bought fabric conditioner for the first time in 3 years last weekend...although there is probably enough washing bits to get me mostly through the year.

I got 8 or so bottles of shampoo last week too simply because we were down to the last bottle but overall I now seem to just get a few of something rather than overdoing it....

the exception still being Twine mystery cases and anything thats a product test....I cant seem to reduce the makeup/body polish/night cream day cream etc to less than 2 suitcases full before I'm signing up for something else.

A lucozade stash..I love the thought of that...probably because I'm one of those kids who were bought up to think that it was something you only had when you were ill because it used to be sold in the chemist and had that orange plastic shiny wrapper around it

I've not been on for a few days, and haven't read back, so can't say if this is old news or not:

Glitch on 3 for £10 large Easter eggs:

Compare to M - The 3 for £10 came of twice, but has only shown up on APG the once.

    1x Cadbury Twirl Large Easter Egg (282G) £5.00 £5.01
1x Cadbury Dairy Milk Marvellous Creations Large Easter Egg (291G) £5.00 £3.33

Looks like it could be the Mars that still hasn't picked up the mbuy on Monday's collection the same as it did last Wednesday's.
Which suggests they are visiting the same Ms each time - which would make sense and may be an issue with how those Ms are displaying the offer - perhaps the offer card is simply over a side of the shelf that doesn't extend to where the Mars physically are. The Mars could, say, be on the bottom shelf by their own (simply due to the space available in the M) and they haven't put mbuy labelling on every level of the shelving and the others could be on shelves above with mbuy labelling across them all. However, you may not expect this (hypothetical) situation to be replicated across several stores and the price collectors could be expected to pick it up from more than one other. May otherwise be an issue with the APG system not taking in an mbuy input for the Mars simply as a computer glitch (not in our favour). This is all speculation:rotfl: - I've no idea why, but they have got the same, it seems, on Wednesday and Monday. Shame the HE 400mls changed between the two.

EDIT: I would like to see the S comp. Hopefully you got a good comparison vs at least somewhere else than M.

Sorry for the delay in replying - RL been busy and only just catching up.

Not sure if this is still glitching, but this is the S comparison I got at lunchtime Weds for a morning purchase:

1x Cadbury Creme Egg Large Easter Egg (278G) £5.00 £3.00
    1x Cadbury Wispa Large Easter Egg (275G) £5.00 £3.00
    1x Cadbury Twirl Large Easter Egg (282G) £5.00 £3.00
1x Cadbury Dairy Milk Marvellous Creations Large Easter Egg (291G) £5.00 £3.00
    1x Galaxy Minstrels Easter Egg (262G) £5.00 £3.00
    1x Mars Easter Egg (280G) £5.00 £3.00

I posted the M comparison as that is what gave me the APG - I got other stuff as well so the S was not relevant for my shopping - didn't know it was glitching (wasn't up to date) so did not target, it was a genuine shop.
