Facebook users may have seen "longwell green" as a trending story yesterday/today. A pile up involving nine cars and a lorry
A friend of mine was involved in it  her car is completely totalled. Thankfully she and her passenger are ok :A but OMG  :eek:I’m a Forum Ambassador and I support the Forum Team on the Health & Beauty, Greenfingered Moneysaving and How Much Have You Saved boards. I might be good at writing the odd email or letter of complaint but that is not always the same as actually getting anywhere
At the mo
Aldi - the bag of chips we got last week had foreign items in it so I sent photos via FB messaging - Aldi said take it back to the store for a replacement. I said do I get any compensation for the inconvenience - Aldi said no.
Sainsburys mycoupons - 2 lots of points missing. I try a pointless discussion with Sainsburys via twitter FB and was told to go away for 10 days. Then I tried an email but was told its nothing to do with us use the contact page - they will take a week to respond
Shopotize - finally awarded after nearly a month my stray 50p but sent to a non existent PayPal account
United Futilities - sending £50 via 2 cheques, one arrived but the other is coming from another department and still not here 2 weeks later, not sure when to chase this up again
Sky - now without a phone line for over 5 weeks due to BT open zone having issues with hole digging, no solution in sight and no end to this and a failing broadband line
And this is actually a very good quiet weekvanilla_twist wrote: »Afternoon all
Woke to 4 builders at my door and once a different plumber had looked at boiler they have agreed it is a valve not always opening. They are going to take one from one of the empty houses but need to find an electrician as one needed as well as plumber to change. I do have heating at the moment as they forced the valve open.
New washer dryer has arrived but doesn't fully fit back into the space. A cupboard door was removed for installation so need someone to put it back on again. When all this has been done I will do my test wash before tackling the mountain of washing.
Heating was getting so weird I almost resorted to asking mhoc to email them:T
I would also be grateful for idiot coke buying guide. Is it just buy in even numbers , with multiples of 8 to keep under £10?
Be very handy as completely out of any sort of drink.
Want to go pie shopping but can't go anywhere until builders have come back to fix boiler. I have an almost empty freezer, just a bag of peas and some fishcakes:(

I am not getting any of these sopost goodies“Create all the happiness you are able to create; remove all the misery you are able to remove. Every day will allow you, --will invite you to add something to the pleasure of others, --or to diminish something of their pains.”0 -
I have been sniffling all day even though I have been blowing my nose and must have washed my hands 100's of times.
I must get my colds either from kids at school or mum. Mum is always coughing and never puts hand infront of her mouth.
You can easily lose weight with the elite encouraging you on
Even those that do put their hands in front of their mouths when coughing still spread germs, because they cough into their hands, then proceed to touch things around them without wiping their hands first, which other people then touch too, thus spreading the joy ...
The better thing to do is to actually cough into your arm / elbow.
However, I would far rather someone cough into their hand than not cover their mouth at all when coughing :mad:Smiles are as perfect a gift as hugs...

Don't know about anyone else but I'm not brave enough to open the boxes instore so I did several trips back and forth to the car yesterday. Good exercise.
Took me an hour to do 8 trips.
Zippy how are you getting free chickens? I must have missed this one.
:rotfl: I just got disapproving looks for buying one pie, opening it up for the coupon and repeating 3 times. I got lots of huffs when they realised it wasn't buy one get one free for every pie, but a rinse and repeat job. The manager seemed impressed'I solemnly swear that I am up to no good'0 -
Afternoon ,
Well just nipped to get a few pies, got one.
Talk about dodgy, all the others that were there ,about 4 had been opened and the coupon taken.
Must have opened and then bought a sealed one.
Cheek
A great offer abused by riff-raff, their selfishness gets us a bad name.
Those pies will have to go in the bin, all to save a couple of quid.
I imagine if an honest eliter(or just a shopper) picks up a couple of pies and has ligit coupons suspicion will fall on them.0 -

This is the offer on A.com and as far as I am aware it has never been populated and the offer hasn't even started yet, even though the website says that it has http://groceries.asda.com/promotion/meal-deal/ls87142.
I did a test last week when it looked like the coke should glitch but I was charged the full price of £1.73 per bottle with no multibuy coming off. Also, my store has had the full price SELs up for the last week.
What Dee said earlier about the multis being dodgy on A.com was totally correct, however the potential glitch was tested and didn't work which was probably why nobody posted it on here.
By all means scan the coke though, 'cos if it is 2 for £2 now then it should glitch nicely.
Thanks for explaining more clearly. :AAssumed wrong I'm not sure how you read my post as it's been glitching all week and hasn't been posted here.
deals have to be missing from .com to glitch
&
Have to be actual deals
This hasn't been the case so no glitch.
No.
I assume wrong then and appologise.
I read your post that way because the mb has been showing for me the majority of the time since it populated for me last week. I'm sure I'm not the only one to read your post that way either.N1LDA0 -

My nose is also like Rudolphs and sore with keep blowing it .
