Does anyone know when A's 'secret' meal deal ends? T's are reducing the fish and ice-cream back down to what it was before but not until 29th Mar to 8th Apr. Might be too late by then but maybe some new deal will start, although my local doesn't seem to want anyone to know about them!

    Evening all

Watched Back in time for the weekend and they were talking about how we will live in the future and mentioned the book The Life - Changing Magic Of Tidying.
Sounded a bit ott but I ordered the book and I must say it makes a lot of sense.
It's about only owning items you love (so I suppose stashes are allowed).
Mhoc will be amused that one of the responses was 'I lost my husband now the house is tidy'.
It is really a technique designed for the small living spaces in Japan but I am going to give it a try. Strangely enough my sister was saying tonight it was the focus of her monthly Happiness Course ( Supporting a friend's new venture).
I would put it as a 'must' read, even if you don't follow it its very interesting.

Hope every one is well. Mr Ted tried to post his slideshow last night TM but it didn't work:( Will have to just put my favourite spa photos up instead.

This is Marie Kondo's book - there is a whole thread on the KonMarie method of decluttering on the Old Style board here:

Given that these often reach £2 and £3 prices online, I suppose this, in that sense, might save money:

Febreze Multipurpose Home Fragrance Fire Apple Spray (375ml)75p in M.

It just about makes it onto the list - largely because I've just put some KTC pastes at 98p:eek: onto the list because the Minced Garlic one wasn't showing on msm, so 'just so you know' - and then found myself adding the Minced Ginger and the Minced Garlic & Ginger at same prices for completeness. Once I start adding one, :doh:I have to add all that I find! So, if those expensive 210g:((:rotfl:) jars make it to the list, then the Febreze ought to make the list as it seems to me less worse value than the expensive KTCs!

    It's hilarious, isn't it?

I seem to recall the previous one, the pizza one, went on for quite a few weeks. Must say I like the fish in the meal deal - had some tonight.

I have about 150 yeokens last time I looked only another 100 to go.

Evening everyone, quick in and out for me tonight. :o

Dishwasher is out and couple of cupboards but still a long way to go before Monday. A lot is depending on me clearing and packing still. :o

I've done some of my drawers....is it similar to Kon Mari?

I like it how everything is folded so it stands up before you put it in your drawers.....own up......whose knickers can stand up unaided?:rotfl:

Yes it's the Kon Mari book.
Actually I fold my kickers gusset side in then roll and they stand up like little soldiers but not sure about small folding my tops so they stand up. Makes perfect sense just not sure I could manage it. Learnt proper way to organise socks though.
Sis says there is a video on YouTube so must check that out.
