Does any of your friends that are going on the spa understand, as it is helpful if they can act as a buffer if you need some time out x

Havnt gone into much detail with them as only known them through work for 6 months but the 2 I work alongside are very compassionate and will help me any way they can so no worries there xx
Cherish those you have in your life because you never know when they won't be there anymore.

No matter how you feel, get up, dress up & never give up.

Sounds like you have everything planned, and 2 special people if needed. Enjoy, relax and breath x

I am jealous, I was going to have tomorrow off but when I drove the 88 miles home I realised I had left docs that I needed to read over the weekend on the printer... so 5.15 start to get to the office and be stood at the door for when the cleaner opens up at 7... so I may as well work the day. x

    Thankyou for asking aj.
I've had a rare midweek day off and been shopping alone. Sounds silly but I do struggle with going in shops. I had a melt down in Lidl :o
As part of my exposure response therapy I was supposed to face these fears everyday but with working I've only been going shopping at weekends when oh is with me so I'm guessing I've not progressed with recovery xx

(((Hugs))) tomorrow will be better. X
