strange, i recieved my pack on friday, after emailing on thursday. i sent my test back on sunday night (last night) and got a rejection email today:
Dear Stephen
Thank you for your interest in IssueBits Ltd and for undertaking the test.
As mentioned previously, the success of your application depends on the results of the researcher test. This is marked according to content, length, spelling, punctuation and grammar. Strict adherence to the test rules is also required.
Having reviewed your results thoroughly, I’m afraid that we have decided not to take your application further.
Unfortunately, due to the high volume of applications, we regret that we are unable to provide individual feedback on the contents of tests or test scores.
Thank you for applying and I wish you luck in your future career.
Kind Regards
Rowina
I was a little disapointed, didn't think I did too bad. Shame you don't get any feedback to let you know where you went wrong. My answers were as follows (although I will not post the questions, don't wanna get in trouble!)
1) Bobby Moore had 108 caps for England, making him the most chosen player and greatest footballer in the team's history. His goal/game ratio was 0.0185.
2) The sum of consecutive odd numbers is known as "The Odd Number Theorem." It is calculated by squaring the final number e.g. 99*99 is equal to 9801.
3) The best solution would be to have a permanent income obtained from being fascinating. This would provide the best of both worlds.
4) Rather then waiting for your fiance to ask, why don't you commit the ultimate act of kindness and ask him to marry you? Cherish your time together.
5) During WWII, the most consumed meat was horse meat. It is low in fat, and high in protein. The average survival time for a soldier was 3 months.
6) Gefilte is Jewish for diced fish. A traditional recipe includes tomatoes, peppers and garlic which are boiled in a pan for about 25mins before serving.
7) The apostrophe has three uses: to form possessives of nouns, to show the omission of letters and to indicate certain plurals of lowercase letters.
8) In skating, the salchow jump takes off from the left back inside edge of the skate. The toe loop is a glide on the outside edge of the right skate.
9) Men should only be allowed to dye their hair if they are part of a rock band. This applies to both real band members or those deluded by midlife crisis.
10) A fitting end to the famous train robber: " Here lays Butch, We planted him raw. He was quick on the trigger, But slow on the draw."
11) Yes. AQA owns all that is sent, Once it's received it's too late to repent, So once it's here you are charged £1, So wait for the answer to be found.
12) Introduced in 1955, there has been 31,501 MGA 1600cc built including the twin cam model. It's selling price was £940 7s 6d and was build in Abington.
Hmmm let us know what you think? Hope you guys have better luck than myself.

Hi Eysteve
I'm no expert and don't know what the questions were and most of the answers seem fine. A few things that occur to me are:
2) The sum of consecutive odd numbers is known as "The Odd Number Theorem." It is calculated by squaring the final number e.g. 99*99 is equal to 9801.
capitals not needed for The Odd Number Theorem
7) The apostrophe has three uses: to form possessives of nouns, to show the omission of letters and to indicate certain plurals of lowercase letters.
not sure what you mean about the plurals of lowercase letters?
11) Yes. AQA owns all that is sent, Once it's received it's too late to repent, So once it's here you are charged £1, So wait for the answer to be found.
Not sure what the question was here but this just doesn't sound like an AQA style answer.
12) Introduced in 1955, there has been 31,501 MGA 1600cc built including the twin cam model. It's selling price was £940 7s 6d and was build in Abington.
should be there have been and its selling price and built not build

Sometimes I just don't get what they are looking for. As people with perfect spelling & grammar and answers in the 140s are being rejected. Maybe it’s the source that can let people down0
