Anyone done test 3? With the "How many jelly beans fit in a red telephone box?" question, do i have to work it out??? as in, use maths?? lol any help gratefully recieved!

Yep, I had that test with that question! I managed to find the dimentions of a red telephone box so I could figure out the volume. Then I estimated the volume of a jelly bean so I could figure out roughly how many would fit into a telephone box. So a little bit of maths involved!

I actually made a mistake and estimated the volume of a jelly baby, which is twice the size of a jelly bean but I still got in!

    Good luck!

How long does the induction last? Have people failed the induction and not been accepted?

    Question:

If i was to put in 8 hours a day working at this could i make a living (reasonably)?
If so, as an average, what could i expect to earn?

    Thanks.

I got accepted yesterday and sent back the contract via email.

Any idea how long before I hear something else, I'm keen to get started.

Damn - just realised I sent the contract back with tomorrow's date on it.

    Hardly a good start.

    I think you could

If you could do at least 20 questions an hour it would be at least £48 a day before tax, if you could get your average up to 30 questions an hour it would be more like £72 a day.
  • Hi

I applied AQA yesterday. I haven't got a reply yet. Can anyone tell me how long it took for them to get a reply?
  • Hi, well done everyone who's been accepted. I got rejected first time but reapplied, would anyone mind looking through my answers when I've completed test to give their opinion?
I'm a bit worried I'm going wrong somewhere and just don't realise!;)
Who says I have to be normal? :p

Hafta tell you, people, there are SRs on this forum. If you keep discussing actual test questions, they will cross-reference and you won't get in. There was a message recently posted on the FR Yahoo list warning researchers not to do this. Also do not pass the tests around; it's considered to be cheating.

Best advice to new applicants: read every instruction very, very carefully (then read them again), make sure your answers fall within the criteria given & make sure your SPG is perfecto. Check every single word before you sent the application back.

    Good luck.
