I don't think you are lying. I believe you believe high house prices in London are making it harder for English yoof to buy in the capital.
However I think its quite a poor and weak argument for reasons already discussed not least the fact that London youth is foreign already so feeling sorry for the foreign yoof who can't buy in London if only the foreign yoof were named maybe the young (foreign) yoof of London could buy....0
