I am SHATTERED!!! I am in such a tizz about DS2 going to high school tomorrow my brain is in bits, I can't sleep, I woke at 2am in a blind panic and cold sweat.. I don't think I can cope!!! YET, in my heart I KNOW he will be just fine.. they don't do much on the first day other than play 'get-to-know-one-another' games so it should be fine. And I AM going to phone and make an appointment to go in and speak to the SENCO at the first available slot because I HAVE to know he will be getting support and help and the staff must understand why he is so slow at writing and if necessary make allowances for him.. no I don't feel better for sharing.. just give me a couple of days to get my head on straight!

Back for a check in - DD is occupied with Cbeebies until 10.30 so I've done all the jobs upstairs so she can go up there with her microphone and popmix CDs and I can put a film on and get the ironing done :o I've had to stop cleaning for now as all my cleaning cloths are dirty :rotfl: So they're currently in the washing machine and although I haven't put anything in with them (I always put them on a short wash cycle to rinse out all the different cleaners and any bits before I wash them in with the towels :o ) there is quite alot of suds :o Oh well. Everything is now in a holding state until the cloths are washed and I've done the ironing. I have a wash load I need to put out but the weather hasn't made it's mind up yet as to whether its going to rain or shine

    Morning everyone

Welcome back to returners, hugs to those that need them.

Can't get motivated. I've got a ton of stuff that needs doing and I don't want to do it - I need a big kick up the jacksy!

Littley back at school tomorrow but she's gone out for the day with her nana so I've no excuse, I also need to go and do the weekly shop but can't motivate myself to do the list and I'm not going without one, since eldest flew the nest my money has dropped dramatically and we're now pretty much on the breadline, so I need to be even more frugal and tighten the belt even more. I checked my bank account this morning and it depressed me. Had a carp nights sleep too which doesn't help (menstrual insomnia) so even if I lied down today I still wouldn't sleep.

oh woe is me  :D

Think I'll have something to eat cause I've had nowt yet and that may give me an energy boost and hopefully I'll stop feeling sorry for myself and knuckle down.

    *yawns* gonna make a brew.....

enforced tea break while the kitchen floor dries.. don't need much of an excuse do I??

DS1 mucking out his room at the moment.. on the promise I'll cut his hair (I was going to do it anyway, but he doesn't need to know that!) and he just brought a FULL basket of washing down.. I bet half of it is clean!!! And gave me a lecture.. apparently I should have this bite checked out because it is large and red and burning hot!..

DD1 just surfaced so she can have a job when she has eaten.. she can.. erm. :undecided . clear the junk in the hallway!! I'll sweep it into a heap and she can shift it! .. Sounds like a plan!

3 tiddlers playing outside while they can.

Tiddles just came in the kitchen and a did a massive gasp and said 'mummy!! You're cleaning!!' ... honestly you'd think I never did anything.. she them proceeded to tell me off for stealing 'grandmas mop' (tesco value ones so they are the same)

I need a shower at some point this morning as well.. *sigh*.. anyone manage time standing still and know the secret? I don't think there are enough hours before 1pm!!!
