Michelle..your period might just be delayed with the stress of going back to work and lack of sleep etc.. I hope yiu get a better nights sleep tonight though.. can' tbe anything worse than a classroom full of children and hardly any sleep!!
Tiamai.. that woud be me.. lol.. I actually LIKE listing stuff on ebay.. hence I have a huge pile of my own stuff and fairly large piles from 2 of my sisters..
I have made a school pinafore and a pair of rather cute trousers for DD4 starting school on Wednesday.. I'll get her in them tomorrow when they are properly finished.. can't do waist elastic without her to measure and I can't attach the poppers to her pinafore without knowing the length and I need to get my sewing machine out to do the hem I used the overlocker for the rest. I was putting it off because I thought the overlocker was ill as I spent an hour trying to rethread it at my mothers 2 weeks ago.. it threaded up first time and sewed right away with no hassle.. typical or what?
I'm having a cuppa and sneaking off to my nest.. I am practicing going to bed earlier for school on tuesday.. Oh that sounds SOOOOOO GOOD!!!!! lolLB moment 10/06 Debt Free date 6/6/14Hope to be debt free until the day I dieMortgage-free Wannabee (05/08/30)6/6/14 £72,454.65 (5.65% int.)08/12/2023 £33602.00 (4.81% int.)0 -
I'm in this week ( I think:rolleyes:)!
Thanks for the list Lil_me
Hope everything goes ok for you tomorrow Michelle.
Sexymouse - I hope you're shoulder feels better soon - glad you still got paid!
Pigpen - you've done half of Mondays list already - isn't that cheating?:rotfl:
My ds starts playschool tomorrow so that'll be my first hurdle of the week. My second, and biggest hurdle, this week is my friends funeral on Tuesday. I rang work to let them know I might be late in as I usually work from lunchtime to early evening and K's funeral is at 11am. My supervisor said the other ladies could manage and I should take the day off. I know how stretched they are for staff this week that's why I offered to go in still but I'm quite relieved I can have the day.
So, Monday's fly list, um, well, I'll see what I can achieve...... after dropping dd at school and ds at playschool I will have an hour and a half till I have to go back for ds (20min walk) then when we get back mil will be here to look after him while I go to work for midday.
See you all tomorrow, same time, same channel............"all endings are also beginnings. We just don't know it at the time..."0 -
I did battle with ebay and I won!
Now I SHOULD go and do the dishes.
But WILL I?0 -

I hope so!!!.. lol.. I have a guy coming tomorrow to give us a quote for the new central heating boiler so I need to do the front room tomorrow (Tuesdays list!!!) so I had to do most of the kitchen today. Plus there were bits I had to do because they were BBBAADDD.. like unblocking the fabric conditioner bit in the WM drawer because I accidentally spilled wash powder in it... and I cleaned all my fridge out on Friday after a 6pint carton of milk emptied itself over everything!!.. and having to sort my tubs because my pans wouldn't fit in the cupboard.. see all vital stuff!!! I do have plenty to do tomorrow though.. including DS1's room.. I'll do you a pic in the morning before I start in there.. and this is AFTER he is meant to have tidied it... He is a PIG!!!!
Would you feel better if I said I have 3 big filthy!!! windows in my kitchen and it is 19ft x 12ft and I have to sweep and mop the floor!!!???
I've vacuumed the front room now.. clearing up my sewing bits of thread and fabric so it does look almost presentable in there it'll just need a 30 minute challenge!!LB moment 10/06 Debt Free date 6/6/14Hope to be debt free until the day I dieMortgage-free Wannabee (05/08/30)6/6/14 £72,454.65 (5.65% int.)08/12/2023 £33602.00 (4.81% int.)0 -
