Lil_me, its expensive, almost £10 for a silly little bottle, but worth it. I bought it for a scar, softened it but didn't fade it, oh well. Every now and again, you can use it as a deep intensive moisturiser on your face. Use at night though, as your skin is still oily 6 hours later, but the next day - wow! Almost like a face lift, but not as expensive!

Pigpen with the hoppies have you tried lifting them off the floor, maybe even put a duvet under them (I pressume they have a box for a bed to keep warmth in) I've done this with Sonic's cage and he's hiding in his bed less. Know what you mean about cold at night! If they won't nibble it you could cover the cage apart from one area aswell.

serena - sorry to hear about your Mum, my Dad has been ill all summer (is getting better now thankfully but has been in hospital 16 weeks) so I know how hard it is to worry about them. Hope she starts to recover soon.

lil_me - ugh don't talk to me about hard skin on feet, mine are DREADFUl I am at my wits end. I use CCS cream but I have to se it about 4 times a day and use a foot file religiously every night. Hubby goes " is that you sanding your feet again" when he hears me sawing at them on the loo last thing LOL They have dreadful cracks in the heels, and don't they hurt like h3ll ??? Let me know if you ever find a miracle cure wont you

PigPen - Use straw as bedding while its cold, (continue giving hay to eat). It is self-insulating and produces heat. Bit impracticable inside though. If you have an old cardboard box, chop it to size to fit over the bed area of the cage for a snug, secure and little bit warmer area at night. Doesn't matter if they chew it. And you can bank up the bed a little bit more this way too.

Serena - Hope you Mum gets better soon.

Oh and someone please send me to mop the floor, I'm almost finished my coffee and now just nursing it in the hope it lasts forever and I have the excuse of 'drinking my well-deserved coffee' not to move and mop the floor, also I really need a wee.....
