  • Hi I'm back,i hang my head in shame,i must confess i have not flown since the start of the school hols.:o :o Please accept me back:o :o

still got dodgy neck and arm so still off work and not driving.been to see oestopath(sp?)today she thinks she can help, all the dr did was keep signing me off work chucking me pills and saying to rest it.have had some physio but not done much good.
i have been lurking a bit but no doubt missed loads.i think i will have to go back to taking baby steps for a bit,but have loads to catch up on(inc sorting out tent we took to v festival)

the house was v quiet today even dog wondered where they all were

belated hugs to anyone who needs one.congratulations michelle:j

  • Crikey,wow! Congratulations Michelle!

I'm frazzled this evening. It's been glorious here so I mowed the lawn as soon as I got home, keep hoping it's the last one of the year as it takes a good 3/4 hour. Vacc'd and dusted the bedroom. Washing in, washing out; almost enough to make it worth getting the iron out..tomorrow. Ta for the offer of adding my 4 bits to the mountain yesterday, AnW'sMum!
Spent another hour painting some more in the kitchen. Abandoned the undercoat idea as it was set solid in the tin.Oops. I'm not doing any tomorrow,I'm sick of the smell for one thing.
Plus all the usual washing up, supper, cats to see too, Zzzzz.

Anyhow, tomorrow night I'll stick to the list and do the wardrobe stuff I was meant to do tonight. And hopefully spend some quality time with my laptop too!

Sorry to be flitting through and not joining in the chat. I did notice a post about Bio oil and feet, I've got some gathering dust (not feet) so I'm going to give it a whirl and slither my way to bed.

TTFN, have a restful night, no worrying or getting too excited about things!

  • :T Congratulations Michelle!!!!!!!!!!:T

Just finished on the frantic rush to get everything lined up at the door for tomorrow morning - and sarnies in fridge for DH and me. Also - peeled veg for tea tomorrow as DD1 is back to her dance class at 6.15 (so time is v v tight).
Have also managed to book some tickets for the free trips to Harrods to see Santa on Martin's email!! :money: Not sure who will be more excited - me or kids!!!!! Also rang round other Mummies from school who also booked tickets so it's like a school trip. (Walk in twos - hold hands nicely etc)
Feet killing me - foolishly wore high heeled Mary-Janes to work (Florence & Fred bargain) - but after the 6th time of running up and down stairs spent the afternoon running round school in tights (shoes kicked under desk). Not v ladylike at all. Have found comfy old boots for tomorrow! Looking forward to putting on the seductive big fluffy pink socks and slathering on the moisturiser (if that doesn't put DH off - nothing will!!!)
Hugs to those in need - cup of tea on offer too!!!

5 new ebay things listed.. so I only have 45 to do tomorrow.. which shouldn't be difficult seeing as I have 100 new pics at least!! AND a pile the size of Mt. Everest to photograph still! And another pile which I'm not sure if it has a listing done already or now!

    Off to bed in bit!
