All mine said "has the ability but doesn't apply himself". Managed to turn that one round then! :D

    Is the OP link broken?

Impressive getting so many switching bonuses from one bank - I assume that offer won't be repeated again.

I'm on £250 with another £270 in progress at the moment.

It appears the article has been taken down. I saw it on the MSE homepage today and it's now gone. I emailed it to my partner too (to prove I wasn't mad changing my account every few months) and the link doesn't work either.

Seems someone eventually had the good sense not to alert 4m people about switching for bonus money only.

Won't you be outside the 7-12 month window by the time the 12 month regular saver matures?

Aha... I was planning on closing the RS a week or two early, however having trawled through the Ts&Cs, it appears that early closure means you only get the interest they pay on their standard saver account (0.05%!!!).

Guess that one's out then... but I stand by the fact that I'm less than impressed with them. Still no-one able to come close to Santander Select's level of service IMO...

£2330.00 over the last 12 months from various banks/building societies, in particular 4 x CB and 4 x YB, plus £230.00 from Quidco and TCB.

I'd like to switch from Lloyds but it seems like a lot of hassle to split my DD and transfer accounts especially as their does not seem to be an up to date table with offers etc
