Right PP list sorted, now onto the UU's and, ahem, INs

UU's
1) Korres Santorini Vine showergel- WNBA. Absolutely loved the smell of this stuff, but I'm not paying Korres prices for a showergel. Would happily use though if gifted it!

2) Merumaya Overnight Recharge Night Cream 3ml. WBA- really loved this cream, sank in nicely and my skin loved the stuff. Looked lovely in the morning.

IN's
1) Pixi Glow Peel Pads (60)- I had some money for my birthday, and I've really wanted to try these or the glow tonic. M&S were out of stock of the tonic, so I bought these instead!

2) REN AHA resurfacing concentrate 30ml- tried this on the back of my hand in M&S and loved how bright and smooth my skin looked just minutes after applying! Again bought using birthday money.

I don't actually have any acid toners, and after vowing not to use scrubs on my face anymore due to how damaging it is to the skin I've been after something to exfoliate with. These two products will do the job nicely I'm hoping. I could have spent a fortune today. I put back shampoo and conditioner on offer, as I really don't need anymore! I'm going to need a body scrub soon as I've just grabbed the last product I had from my stash, but will be ok for a couple of weeks yet, so I put that back on the shelf too. I actually left Boots without buying anything!

Eyebright I can heartily recommend the Pixi Glow tonic. I am loving the way it makes my skin feel. We had our hairdresser here last night. He didn't leave until late and I just swept over my face with this to remove the mascara smudges left after my face got wet from washing my hair. Completely forgot to apply night cream however my skin this morning still feels good, a little drier than normal but feels good.

Also if anyone is struggling with acne prone skin I heartily recommend Murad. Was looking at Emma's skin last night while she was having her hair done and there is a massive difference. Instead of having an oily cast with vivid red spots her skin and the blemishes themselves on the whole look drier. A winner, I hope.

Eyebright, the best body scrub for me is LUSH Porridge soap. It leaves the skin so soft.

I love it when that happens! It feels like such an achievement :j

One UU
Yes To Cucumbers Facial Wipes - nice enough, refreshing scent and they were quite thick. MBA if I find them on offer.
I was going to invest in a proper muslin cloth instead of wipes/cotton pads, but I don't think I'd use it most of the time as I always feel wiped out [STRIKE]by bedtime[/STRIKE] most of the time :(

I painted my nails in LOLA Electric Purple, received in a beauty box. It went on quite well (& I'm hopeless at painting my nails) and I quite like the colour. It contains UV filters, apparently, which is a bonus.

I find it better to cleanse as soon as I get in from work or straight after dinner. I too like the Yes to wipes though I've tried the Grapefruit ones and have the carrot ones in my stash.

I did GA 3 items yesterday:-

Bottle of OPI Embarca Dare You. My friend Linda has her nails regularly polished at a salon but they chip really easily. I said I would fish out a similar colour for her to top them up. Never really enjoyed this colour as its too shimmery for me.

Sachet of L'Occitane shampoo to my friend Catherine as she loves this product. I give her any Divine cream sachets that I have too.

The bottle of L'Occitane perfume that I was using up. I was really not sure about it as it smelt very floral. We have a temp at work at the moment who commented on it so I gave it to her. To be fair also I find dab on bottles a faff as I end up emptying half of it onto my chest area (sorry should I say d!colletage??). Will pull my bottle of Daisy out to UU. Unfortunately it's a black bottle so I can't see how uch is left.

Last night the H2B commented that his face was feeling really dry after shaving. I gave him some moisturiser and he poured so much out he covered his arms and legs as well. And then sat there for a while complaining as there was so much it took a while to sink in. I couldn't stop laughing. It was one on my PP list so at least he helped!! :rotfl::rotfl:

Deleted_User/maddie - I have used the Trilogy rosehip oil (just the minis) and didn't see any difference between that and the Beauty Naturals one at all.

No uu's for me but I did repaint my nails with Essie Take It Outside - I promptly smudged one thumb nail so will have to redo that one tonight as I just couldn't be bothered.

I always find myself having to google the nail colours that you use dolly84. That one looks gorgeous too but would not suit my skin tone. Any light grey colours make my fingers look very pink.

I had to give my nails another coat last night as they were so chipped. Think I'll repaint them tonight using that new Nails Inc one that I got from Marie Clare.

No use ups to declare but I did paint my nails a nice witchy green this morning as I dressed up for world book day. I was the wicked witch from wizard of oz. Also broke out the green eye shadow that's been in my stash for ages. It looked quite good, I don't normally wear green.

Lots of INs :o

Bourjois Healthy Mix foundation - this is so good and lightweight!
Bourjois Volume Glamour Push Up Ultra Black mascara
Bourjois Paris ColorBoost Lip Crayon (because it was 3 for 2)
Gel eyeliner Maybelline
Boots cucumber mask
Nip+ tuck exfoliator
Little Ondine nail polishes - 2 colours & the top coat to try them out. Odor and toxin free, looking forward to these.
Also, great news! Seventeen powder blushers are coming back! I bought all the available ones in store (3) and have ordered as many as they have in stock (2), but they're coming back!! So excited! These are my favourite blushers, on par with mac and the shades are just perfect really.

UUs:
Tesco Be Gorgeous hand cream - finally!
TBS Peach body butter

I am a lady of mature years, with sensitive dry side of normal skin and have been using Rosehip oil for a long time, and if I could only have one facial product, it would be this. No stinging on eczema or allergy outbreaks and very soothing and healing as well as anti-aging.:)

The Trilogy is very fine and light, but I first discovered A'kin and mostly buy this one. I normally buy when I find A'kin or Trilogy at a good price on the bay of e, and always have a stock in:D It is extremely economical and the Trilogy 7ml size will be more than adequate for a good trial to see if it suits you. Just a very few drops, warmed slightly with finger tips and pressed into skin, ensures max benefit with least wastage.

Dolly84 has in the past recommended one by "Beauty Naturals" and I intend to try this at some stage, 25ml for £9.00.
HTH :D

Thanks so much, that's really helpful! I may go for the A'Kin one, purely because I've seen it on the superdrug website and I have points I can use. Thanks dolly84 too!

Got a UU
3. Rimmel Match Perfection Foundation. WDBA. I've been through 3 or 4 bottles of this. I've got other foundations but will buy this again as soon as I can as it's the one I tend to wear for work.

Also, I placed a Lush order in February and it arrived today so here are my INs
1. Lush Kitchen Karma Bubble Bar
2. Lush Kitchen Flying Fox Shower Gel
3. Lush Kitchen Grass Shower Gel
4. Lush Twilight Bath Bomb

I don't understand why they only do the shower gels in 250ml when they're in the Kitchen. I'm sure they'd still sell out if they did 100ml ones. Had nice post-physio bath today with half a Lush French Kiss bubble bar. Lovely lavender scent.
Have a nice evening everyone! :)
