BirdNerdSophie - I know what you mean about the animal testing. I do try to stay away from some products I know who do testing i.e. Avon but it's so hard to know everyone who is involved in this. I do feel strongly about it but I don't feel strongly enough to investigate absolutely everything I want to buy and then feel guilty about it because I don't have the time to do this. I've only just bought this misceller water and I really like it but what is the one you've replaced it with and is it good? If so, then I may change this and then I'll feel like I have a small victory!
Can I suggest getting a copy of the Compassionate Shopping Guide? They have done the hard work for you :)

I just keep using Nude Nail Envy as a base now as I think the colour is too wish you washy. Not sure if I mentioned it but I threw the mini bottle of I'm Not Really a Waitress away as the brush kept splitting. Have pulled out Get Cherried Away for this month. I'm also using both the Naked and The Balm Nude TUde palettes this month together with the new eye colours I've recently acquired.
Back for the No Buying Toiletries challenge. I pledge to only buy when I run out of a product that is not already in my stash no matter what wonderful emails land in in my Inbox or threads I read on MSE re: glitches!

I am fair skinned cool/neutral so this is fine on me, I have OPI Dulce du Leche and a couple of other similar ones too:( I gave a load of my minis away to a friend and to some little girls who loved the dinky bottles, but I must check what is left, they are rather out of mind tucked away in a make up bag:(

some blogs have their own lists as well, Phyrra and Logical Harmony i found were both good places to start. they are kept updated as well so if anything changes they tell you. both of them have really good posts on where to start as well. i think both of them state vegan brands too.

UUs two bottles of radox shower gel I got for Christmas, they were both lovey and smelt really nice. I would buy again if I hadn't got a huge amount of bubble bath and shower products.
