The Trilogy is very fine and light, but I first discovered A'kin and mostly buy this one. I normally buy when I find A'kin or Trilogy at a good price on the bay of e, and always have a stock in:D It is extremely economical and the Trilogy 7ml size will be more than adequate for a good trial to see if it suits you. Just a very few drops, warmed slightly with finger tips and pressed into skin, ensures max benefit with least wastage.

Dolly84 has in the past recommended one by "Beauty Naturals" and I intend to try this at some stage, 25ml for £9.00.
    HTH :D

I have used both the trilogy rose hip and the antioxidant oil. it lovely but maddiemay try the moogoo range of rosehip oil. it's feels richer (it feels more dense- trilogy feels more watered down- for want of a better expression). i need a moisturizer over the trilogy but with the moo goo it was fine on its own in the summer. it is 8 pounds only for 25ml !!! I love this moo goo rosehip, it's cold pressed and organic. i have always found it out preforms trilogy for my super dry skin. http://moogooskincare.co.uk/rosehip-oil.html
I like the packaging better as the trilogy uses a glass pipette and i worry it will break- so i decanted the trilogy into the moo goo empty bottle.

the other serums they do have some great quality ingredients, I highly recommend moo goo oil over clinique oils and trilogy

    1) Pixi Glow Peel Pads (60)- I had some money for my birthday, and I've really wanted to try these or the glow tonic. M&S were out of stock of the tonic, so I bought these instead!

    2) REN AHA resurfacing concentrate 30ml- tried this on the back of my hand in M&S and loved how bright and smooth my skin looked just minutes after applying! Again bought using birthday money.

if you new to acids go slow- introduce the lower strength item every few days and for small duration. i was advised to even keep it on for a little while and wash it off gradually increasing, until you are having no stinging.
now i leave the strong stuff on over night and us all different formulations, under a moisturizer and sleep. Make sure you use an SPF if you are using aha's- it's really important. I have used professional quality aha's, bha and pha's for over 10 years on and off, when i stopped my skin suffered- using them a lot has made a significant difference compared to pictures taken a year ago.
  • First march used up was the trilogy moisturizer- it was fine. I would not buy again for one major reason, I feel it was a little expensive for what it is at 32 quid. It is a basic cream- it should be a more routine price. I used a claudalie tester- not great- my eyes stung all day and it was not great. (I have a full claudalie moisturizer of a different one- I hope that it will be ok)
RL was stressful this week and filled with epiphany moments- I guess everyone has this- weeks where skincare seems less pressing. I feel I have aged physically and mentally a lot in a week or so. I’ll keep the mental aging but not the face- so need more lippy to be used. I am sure everyone has a week where life kicks you up the a** and makes you re-evaluate and make a few decisions to change things up.

I have 2 x IN thanks to glamour magazine (buy this every month anyway).

Balance me revitalising hand and body wash 100ml - this has gone straight into my swimming kit not the stash as it smells very citrusy and I think it will be good for getting rid of the chlorine smell. It was this or the eye cream out of the free gifts that I knew I'd probably use (I have tons of lip gloss/balms and face masks). Unfortunately the eye cream was tinted when I looked at them and I don't use tinted eye cream so I went for the body wash. Shame as eye serum is something I use at night but don't hoard.

Garnier ultimate blends honey body lotion sachet sample

Also have a few UU to declare:

Nspa raspberry shower gel 100ml- Wnba nice enough smell but not my favourite scent by Nspa. It had also gone really gloopy and it was hard to get it out of the bottle. Didn't rub in easy either as it was gloopy I lost loads down the plug hole. Wouldn't mind but it was a new ish bottle I have t had this long. Replaced it with the balance me body wash I got free with glamour mag today.

Roberto cavalli body lotion 75ml- WBA when I re purchase the perfume as a gift set. I love the smell of this. It's watery/light lotion but it rubs in really nicely and is highly perfumed. I only used this when I wore the perfume as I like to layer it so it lasted a long time. Sad it's gone but I do have enough body lotions for the whole of the UK.

Garnier ultimate blends sleek restorer shampoo sachet sample - Wmba as full size. Lovely smell but I'm pretty sure this was one that dried my hair out when I had it as full size. May try it again sometime though.

Garnier ultimate blends sleek restorer conditioner sachet sample- Wmba as full size. As above, think it was one that my hair didn't get on with but might try again.

    Hi all

Back in again for March and hopefully I will use a bit more than I did in February which seemed to be an incredibly slow month for UU.

Anyway first UU was my No7 Younger Longer hand cream, so will get another hand cream out of the stash and start on that one.

Couple of other things are on a splutter but everything else seems to be a bit like the magic porridge pot and is going on and on and on!!!!!

Thanks for starting the March thread Maddiemay :)

I lost a lot of control last month with my out's and IN's, work got so busy but hopefully this month I can be a bit more regimented.

My friend sent me a box with 5 perfumes she wasn't using so there you go, I have 5 in's. Other than that, I haven't spent money on any toiletries and just making my way through my stash (especially my Lush stash - which now happily fits inside my dresser drawers instead of in a separate large storage box!)

    UU's:
Dior star foundation - LHJ, thank god it's done as it wasn't quite right my colour - wba of course with the proper colour

    Tressemme conditioner - wnba

Lush - Golden Wonder bath bomb - wba next xmas if they bring it out

Eyebright I can heartily recommend the Pixi Glow tonic. I am loving the way it makes my skin feel. We had our hairdresser here last night. He didn't leave until late and I just swept over my face with this to remove the mascara smudges left after my face got wet from washing my hair. Completely forgot to apply night cream however my skin this morning still feels good, a little drier than normal but feels good.

Hi VALM, glad to hear good things about the Pixi Glow tonic. It's on my list as something to try once I've cleared my current stash!

I TA the Benefit Roller Lash mascara this morning. We had a meal planned after work today which has been cancelled due to the snow however I decided that as the mascara was getting very clumpy I would switch to a NYX one I have for my night out.

Speaking of perfumes after donating my little bottle of L'occitane to a work mate she let me have a spray of her Paco Rabanne Olympia yesterday and it was gorgeous though it reminds me of something that I own that is similar. Anyone else wear this one and know what it smells similar to?
Back for the No Buying Toiletries challenge. I pledge to only buy when I run out of a product that is not already in my stash no matter what wonderful emails land in in my Inbox or threads I read on MSE re: glitches!

    I have a uu

Sancutuary Comforting Night Butter - this is lovely, WBA and already have another in the stash.

Also have an in/uu, free with Glamour:

Garnier ultimate blends honey body lotion sachet sample -
    really liked this WMB.

    Also in from Glamour

Balance Me Tinted Lip Balm -
I have had one of these before and it is OK but seems to disappear on the lips very quickly. It is a genuine freebie though as the magazine subscription was free with a LIB box I bought.
