  • Hurrah, a nice new month, I'm in again. Thanks maddiemay for starting us off

Thought I had done really badly in February but when I counted up I had 20 OUTs and 10 INs so not too bad! (except that I count samples as OUTs but not as INs - let's not think about that one too hard)

I completed my PP in about five minutes last month so going to be a bit braver this month. I started a Finish 6 by Spring in January and have two hangers on from that which are:
    1. No 7 Excite lipstick - I'm not a lippy wearer, I'm trying to become one, this is super sheer
    2. Nivea Facial Wash - hate washing my face at night in our cold bathroom - must persevere
    Plus:
    3. La Roche Posay matte facial moisturier - neither matte nor moisturising, must go
    4. Rose body lotion from Boots - smells like old ladies :-(
    5. Herbal Essences sulphate free shampoo (instead of using 10 different ones at once)
    6. Soap & Glory Handcream - cut open and mysteriously still has a gallon or so in there

    Good luck everyone! :j

Thanks for the new thread Maddiemay!
I'm back again this month. Thinking about doing a PP this month. I haven't before but I've got a few things in mind I want to get finished. I will have to think further!

Couple of little UUs last night.
    1. Mini Vichy Purete Thermale Cleansing Milk. WMBA. This was from a beauty box. It was fine. Didn't sting my eyes, got makeup off.
    2. Mini Clinique Moisture Surge. WMBA. I got this in the British Beauty Blogger Clinique Latest in Beauty box. It's the only thing out of it that I really like. Just not sure I think it's worth Clinique prices.

I've also been rotating my palettes weekly. I know I'm never going to finish an entire palette so I've decided to make sure they all get used evenly. This week is L'Oreal La Palette Nude Rose.

Quick question, has anyone used Rosehip oil? My skin is a nightmare at the moment and I've been reading good things about the Trilogy Rosehip oil but it's about £16 and I wonder if it's worth it. TIA! :)

I am a lady of mature years, with sensitive dry side of normal skin and have been using Rosehip oil for a long time, and if I could only have one facial product, it would be this. No stinging on eczema or allergy outbreaks and very soothing and healing as well as anti-aging.:)

The Trilogy is very fine and light, but I first discovered A'kin and mostly buy this one. I normally buy when I find A'kin or Trilogy at a good price on the bay of e, and always have a stock in:D It is extremely economical and the Trilogy 7ml size will be more than adequate for a good trial to see if it suits you. Just a very few drops, warmed slightly with finger tips and pressed into skin, ensures max benefit with least wastage.

Dolly84 has in the past recommended one by "Beauty Naturals" and I intend to try this at some stage, 25ml for £9.00.
    HTH :D

Just got one IN to declare, mum got me some west lab Epsom salts for the bath they might help with my leg cramps/sciatica.

I'm going to add a body lotion to my pp list that is spluttering, it's one I only use with the perfume but I think I might focus on this perfume this month and get the lotion finished. The perfume is only 1/4 full too it was one I only use for "best" as it was expensive and I love it (Roberto cavalli) but it's starting to turn a funny colour and I'm worried the lovely smell will change if I don't get it used. No good having expensive perfume if it goes off before its used.

Gemzie - I hope the Epsom salts work for you, they really help me. I don't bath very often (mobility problems ATM), but they work as a foot bath too, and it is sometimes easier to make time for a foot bath and/or pedicure than for a bath.:)

Right PP list sorted, now onto the UU's and, ahem, INs

    UU's
    1) Korres Santorini Vine showergel- WNBA. Absolutely loved the smell of this stuff, but I'm not paying Korres prices for a showergel. Would happily use though if gifted it!

    2) Merumaya Overnight Recharge Night Cream 3ml. WBA- really loved this cream, sank in nicely and my skin loved the stuff. Looked lovely in the morning.

    IN's
    1) Pixi Glow Peel Pads (60)- I had some money for my birthday, and I've really wanted to try these or the glow tonic. M&S were out of stock of the tonic, so I bought these instead!

    2) REN AHA resurfacing concentrate 30ml- tried this on the back of my hand in M&S and loved how bright and smooth my skin looked just minutes after applying! Again bought using birthday money.

I don't actually have any acid toners, and after vowing not to use scrubs on my face anymore due to how damaging it is to the skin I've been after something to exfoliate with. These two products will do the job nicely I'm hoping. I could have spent a fortune today. I put back shampoo and conditioner on offer, as I really don't need anymore! I'm going to need a body scrub soon as I've just grabbed the last product I had from my stash, but will be ok for a couple of weeks yet, so I put that back on the shelf too. I actually left Boots without buying anything!

I love it when that happens! It feels like such an achievement :j

    One UU
Yes To Cucumbers Facial Wipes - nice enough, refreshing scent and they were quite thick. MBA if I find them on offer.
I was going to invest in a proper muslin cloth instead of wipes/cotton pads, but I don't think I'd use it most of the time as I always feel wiped out [STRIKE]by bedtime[/STRIKE] most of the time :(

I painted my nails in LOLA Electric Purple, received in a beauty box. It went on quite well (& I'm hopeless at painting my nails) and I quite like the colour. It contains UV filters, apparently, which is a bonus.

Thankyou :) I am looking forward to trying them out. We do have a foot bath somewhere which I might get out as I've also got an Avon foot soak to use in the stash and some Beauticology foot soak salts might throw them in with the Epsom salts.
