Complete shock this afternoon as I put a set of toys up and they sold for double what I bought them for new. I've had a little dig and it seems they are discontinued. I'm really pleased, they were 2014 stocking fillers that haven't really been played with.
I will look into Ziffit, thanks
My kids have loads of toys unplayed with- can you let us know what they were so I can see if they have them?£2699 credit card (£3848 01.02.23)

I've got 10 items finishing on eb@y on Sunday and only 1 sold so far. I have watchers on the rest though so fingers crossed.
I donated 15 food cupboard items that I won't use to the food bank today, and 20 unwanted items to charity. The more I get rid of, the more I want to get rid of :rotfl:
I watched 5 dvds on Sunday and 4 have gone in a box ready to try and sell or donate. Finally might get through my stash!
Happy selling / decluttering
I've pulled out some DVDs and CDs too. Will try ebaying first.Back for the No Buying Toiletries challenge. I pledge to only buy when I run out of a product that is not already in my stash no matter what wonderful emails land in in my Inbox or threads I read on MSE re: glitches!

It was a tiny plastic Peter rabbit set, we had peter, lily and nutkin that came in one set and Benjamin which we had bought separately (he was a favourite). I'm sure I paid no more than £14 for them from smyths but they went for £29 which is craziness. We have all the cuddly toys too but he actually plays with those, these just get lost at the bottom of the toy box amongst a ton of dinosaurs and toy cars.0 -
Thanks Merfe for your reply - I will have a look, it needs a REALLY good sort out in the kids room - OH loves to buy them toys so they end up with far too many.
Today I am organising shoes to sell. After a broken ankle 2 years ago I was hoping my foot would return to normal, but it's not, so I am popping them on our local sell and seek first.
Tomorrow - wardrobe
Weekend - off
Next week - cook books, books, make a start on garage, under stairs cupboard and linen cupboards.

OK have listed 3 more items. Have also scrapped a bottle of top coat because it's gloopy. Maybe a cheat but hey ho.Back for the No Buying Toiletries challenge. Been freegling items today but not been picked up yet so won't add to total. I've cleared out the kids junk drawer (well one such drawer anyway!) and have donated three bits to charity and also a babies sleepsuit and a maternity bump band so my total is currently 7/310

Lots ofcrafting items sold yesterday but I'll class each lot sold as a single item (or else the 38 items which I actually got rid of make me past my target already!) so I'm now at 21/31 and £138 better offMortgage - £2338.07 paid off Feb 2023 BTL 1 £51,089.10 £35789.36 paid off July 2025 BTL 2 £81,504.52 BTL 3 £77,497.020

Craftingmad, that's really good.
Yesterday I 'sold' 8 pairs of shoes - £20 - but my friend lives abroad so wont get them for a while yet.
Today I'm onto cookbooks. So it's good bye Jamie, Nigella and Delia. Only a handful made the cut. Hoping they will prove popular.
Have a good day folks.£2699 credit card (£3848 01.02.23)
