I can't remember how many things I have sold so I am going to stop counting!
My webuybooks money came through and I have £9.65 from there.
My ebay auctions are getting lots of bids so I am hoping they will go for a decent amount.0 -

Can I joined too? I've actually been eBaying over the last couple of weeks. It started with my 17 year old daughter wanting me to sell some of her clothes, a couple of items have gone and I've resisted the rest. I then received a freebie hand cream in the post which I listed. My husband paid for a Birchbox subscription for me for Xmas and I have put an item from there straight on. Got quite a buzz from it and have despatched 3 items this week so far. Would love to hear othersome tips about selling on eBay.Back for the No Buying Toiletries challenge. I pledge to only buy when I run out of a product that is not already in my stash no matter what wonderful emails land in in my Inbox or threads I read on MSE re: glitches!

Absolutely everyone is welcome!
My main tip really is to look at when the auction will end; most people get bored at the weekends and have a little look through, I try to end my auctions on a Sunday night if I can to take advantage. Auctions that end during the daytime don't seem to get as many bids.
Using the "draft" feature to stack them up till it's a good time to list helps me manage this.:staradmin :staradmin Emergency Fund @ £300 Non CCJ Debts x 7 @ £2782/ £4055 PAID! My tip is to do a 'completed listings' search on the items you are thinking of listing. If you don't know how to do that you search for the item and then select 'completed listings' on the left hand side of the page. It shows finished auctions so you can see whether that item sold and for how much. It is very useful if you have no idea how much something might go for.0 -

Thanks, I did that with some items. I have been selling mostly beauty products that I've received as gifts with purchase and some I have put at pretty low prices to get rid with the mindset that they didn't really cost me anything.Back for the No Buying Toiletries challenge. So I'm a bit behind but I have so far sold 2/31 and made £42, I have another 8 items listed on ebay (no bid yet
) and a load of DVD's ready to be packed off to Music Magpie or similar. Will spend this weekend on a hunt for more items (not hard, we have so much junk!!), so quietly confident that we can get to 31 by the end of the month!
