One item sold today - 23/31
Back for the No Buying Toiletries challenge. I pledge to only buy when I run out of a product that is not already in my stash no matter what wonderful emails land in in my Inbox or threads I read on MSE re: glitches!

Well, I am finished for the month as I have sold another box of books to webuybooks. I need to do some spring cleaning now so won't be selling any more this month. I am hoping the challenge will be running next month too!

    Final total:

    33/31
    £66.64

It would have been nice to have made a bit more cash, but I am very happy to have freed up lots of room.
  • Hello! So I have been busy clearing up my house, OH has been selling some stuff, I've cleared wardrobe twice, amongst other things.

Next - CD's, can anyone tell me the best place to sell?

    Thanks

I tend to sell my CDs to webuybooks when they have their 10% offer code on. If they won't have them I try music magpie as they tend to accept more, but don't pay as well. Obviously check the prices of anything unusual on amazon/ebay first. If your CDs are very common they will probably just have to go to a charity shop.

Sorted out my wardrobe and 19 things donated, bringing my total to 27. Need to find a few more things before the end of the month.

I was quite lucky in that I sold a Jake Bugg CD on EBay for the same price as it sold on Amazon.

I have a suitcase full of Beanie Babies that I need to sell but not sure where to start.

I've just sold another 7 items - all unopened Moon dough from when my kids were little (the youngest is 9 a week today!) and made another £10 plus I've thrown away a further 7 things (2 party blowers, large piece of polysterene packaging, paper carrier bag, old paint set, wedding favour (from a wedding I attended 4 years ago and the couple are now divorced!) and a shop hanging clip strip display. I've also recycled a magic trick set as a birthday gift for a party my son went to (my son was bought two for his birthday last year!).
So I'm now declaring 43/31 and £163 better off :)
