Hi Amber
It's so tricky isn't it!!! Sometimes unexpected things just crop up and we have no choice to pay out for them
Woohoo for pay day though mines 4 days away now and I'm still in the black woohoo :j: :j: :j:0 -
Pay day couldn't come quick enough!!! Since it's a council tax free month the first thing I'm going to do is pay that money off one of my Very BNPL that the interest free runs out of in April.
I'm still working on my earn £5 a day challenge so I'm hoping by the end of March I will have £155 to pay off some more Very BNPL's
I can't wait till all my Very accounts payed off and I can start making overpayments on my credit cards at the moment I feel like I'm just trudging through sludge paying the minimum payments to them!
I went to the corner shop earlier and spent £5 grrr  annoyed at myself i didn't buy much but I had been doing so well on my grocery challenge. Still on track for £100 for the month though just need to be very careful.
Im still in the black but not much left in the bank so hoping I can stay in the black until payday on the 15th.
This debt busting is exhausting! My patience is rubbish I just want to pay it all off tomorrow lol but unless I get a lottery win that ain't happening lol.0 -
Hi Pops
I too get paid on Tuesday and cant believe how quick all the bills come round again. Thats why I also get impatient every month, just waiting to get the overall debt down a little further. :T
Good for you getting rid of the Very account. Tackling one at a time is how I am playing it too.
I'm visiting family today and usually pop into town for coffee (and cake). Today I am purposly leaving my purse at home. I am taking some money in my bag pocket. Removing all temptation to steer towards all the other shops

Hi Popstess just wanted to drop in and apologise for being AWOL - still having to act and very busy as a result of the carp news we received 2 weeks ago tomorrow (which still sucks
) plus on top of that I was away in the US on business. Whilst it was a welcome break to be away for a few days, and I did enjoy doing some touristy things on the weekend we were there, coming back was deff more of a bump than usual.
Anyway, enough about me - pay day for you tomorrow isn't it? :j:j:j
Whoops to the £5 corner shop spend but well done for being on track in the grocery challenge. How is your DS finding it? Has he managed to try some more foods yet? I was out and about today and took my purse thinking 'I'll just pop to Lidl while I'm out and get some stuff' then on the way I thought of you, thought of what was in the fridge and just came home - thank you for :money::AFeb 2015 NSD Challenge 8/12JAN NSD 11/16
