    Hi Marmite,
I'm going to start with a target of 20 NSD for March.
With a five in a row.

    Roger!
Please can you put me down for 20 please,
I've been having a rough time with saving money and last month I was
Completely irresponsible so trying to make up for it in this month.

I'm aiming to put £1 into my savings for each NSD I have, hopefully that would motivate me to do better.

    Roger again!
    Commisserations on the rough month.

Waiting for marmite to finish rummaging around in her odds and sods drawer for suitable prizes.......please tell me there will be a chocolate theme somewhere?

I found lots of lovely chocolate,oh yes!! :D

I also found that Igor had been using my odds and sods drawer as an emergency unmentionables dirty laundry basket, seeing as his is chocka. An event which understandably sent me into meltdown yesterday, thus accounting for my absence.

Feeling on top of the world today though, after reacquainting myself with my jumbo strength valium....

Can we keep the windows open today please?

Creme eggs......haven't had one of those since Cadburys was bought by Kraft. I read recently that their chocolate is inferior to what it used to be, no doubt corners are being cut to save money.

I decided that the inhabitants of Chateau Nargle would not have Easter Eggs this year, but instead we would have a couple of bars of nice chocolate instead. After all, what is an Easter Egg? A few grams of unexciting chocolate, maybe a few sweeties, and loads and loads of foil, plastic and cardboard! A couple of 100gram bars of chocolate represent much more chocolate for your money.

So, at the back of our fridge is a pile of 6 big bars of chocolate, two each for me, OH and DS. The difficulty will be resisting their siren call every time I open the fridge door.

Hubby and I got Cadbury's creme egg Easter egg cheaper - for 75p - instead of £1.50. I was horrified when we discovered that there was only one creme egg in it instead of two. And yes, I had also heard that the chocolate on the egg will be inferior. The creme egg was not the same Grrr!

Yesterday had a small spendy day - not the start to the month that you want!
Today was a NSD - yippee!

Marmite the Easter chocolate we will be partaking of at Chateau Nargle - one ?200 gram bar of Sainsbugs White chocolate with nuts each, plus one 100 gram bar of Lindt milk chocolate each. Might not sound much, but I bet it would take several Easter eggs to equal that weight of chocolate.

Problem is, they keep looking at me every time I open the fridge door.
