    So to those people that have received their bonus can it be concluded that you will receive the bonus within 60 days of the switch date? I opened the account on 30/03/2016, switch date 20/04/2016 so I will likely receive the bonus around 20/06/16?

    Completed switch on 01/04 and got the 150 today...

    I can't find the T&Cs in my emails or on the CB website, anybody have them somewhere? Want to know if there is a minimum amount of time I need to keep the account or if I can switch to another bank right away... I think Nationwide have a condition for their Recommend A Friend promotion where they take their switch incentive back if you close your account shortly after getting the bonus (?)..

    Switch completed 29th Feb; the #150 hasn't been paid so I've just messaged them to ask why...
    My DDs did get bounced just after the switch as there wasn't enough to cover them. But I see nothing in the t and c to suggest this disqualifies me.

    Any thoughts?

    All you have to do to qualify...
    To qualify:
    1. Complete a full switch, including transfer of at least 2 Direct Debits, using the Current Account Switch Service within 31 days of signing the Current Account Switch Agreement.


    2. Pay in at least £1000 in the 31 days after your switch completes and another £1000 in the 31 days after this and keep 2 Direct Debits for this period. These payments can’t include internal transfers from any other account you hold, or jointly hold with someone else, with Clydesdale or Yorkshire Bank.


    3. Register for and activate online or mobile banking within 2 months of your switch completing.
    Did they cancel the DDs when they bounced them? In other words, can you still see them online?

    No, the DDs are still showing, and have been paid since, it was just then first month they bounced.

    I just rang YB as many of you have said you have received the bonus. The chap I spoke to said the payment is made within 70 days of the actual account switch my switch didn't happen until 20/04 so i have a bit longer to wait. I opened the account on 30/03/16

    Yorks bank have now sorted the problem v quickly, so full marks there.
