This is purely speculation of course, but ....

... advertise stuff about 5% less than other sites, when an order comes in go to a Chinese warehouse site that prices ex of VAT, choose DHL shipping so delivery times are realistic - let's say 2% of revenue, then you've got around 13% short term markup.

My prediction: when we find out the website the contact address will turn out to be a residential property.

What have they said when you asked them about the duties and taxes that require payment?

There is nothing in the terms at all about them so I wonder if they might pay them for you as they chose the manufacturing location.

We know the website address and it is registered to a residential street in london.
