And this site (that I daren't post about!;)) says they don't like to see they're own reflections Queenie.

Seems they don't like water much

Wow!! They're more *human* than I thought!!! *go on, admit it, who else takes a peek at themselves in the bathroom mirror when they enter The Room!* ;)

Sorry OP, but it's one of those threads (like Judi and her tree problem) that sends me totally off topic :o

    Good fun though ;)

You should worry. The local cats sleep in my car engine! Often when I unlock the car I hear a clattering and a cat runs out from under the car. I had to check the oil the other day and found a patch of cat hair on the underside of the bonnet and a nice shiny patch on the engine where they have been sleeping.

One of these days they won't wake up in time and I'll have half a cat stuck in my car engine. This has happened to someone I know.
This site has saved me a fortune :money: ...it's also cost me a fortune!

As Leslie Phillips from the Navy lark use to say "Nasty" if that ever happens.

And before any one says god your old. I listen to the re-runs on BBC7 the best radio station in the world. What you digital radio was made for.

But then again you can't pick up nasties from a cat on your engine like I can with cat poo on my garden.

as ever to be the unpopular one, this has been quite an emotive subject both here and on usenet, cat owners don't like to be seen as having no social responsibility for their pets like a dog owner has but currently the best way seems to be to plant certain Lillies which when ingested by cats is poisonous to them. So far citrus fruits/shiny materials/ water bottles and all other non-poisonous methods seemed not to have worked so I'm left with the less savoury options

if teh government was able to extend the rules top cat owners as folllowed by fdog owners it may not be so bad but whilst cat owners continue to enjoy the reduced responsibilities of ownership then so be it
