    Why not? Its value going by the advertisement is £485k, not £388k. It would quite easily fetch £400k.

    @marksoton I don't think you would need HTB for a 10p house would you lol

    @Guest101 I wasn't sure you realised I was the OP as I had already clearly stated that I had no intention of purchasing the house.

    Can you 2 not find a little bridge to huddle under together, these forums are full of threads which you have trolled.
