I actually quite like it, and I'm not normally a fan of new builds. The layout and living space all look very practical, and isn't one of the benefits of buying a new build that you can add your own character to it?0

Man this forum is trying sometimes lol. I don't care who likes it or who doesn't. I am not buying it or intending to buy it, I just noticed it on Rightmove thought it was cheap for the property size and area and then realised why when I looked at the page. It's advertised for sale at £388k, but clearly this is not the actual cost of the property and this is the first I have seen that has been marketed in this misleading way. Was wondering what other opinions were on this way of marketing the property, not their architectural preferences lol0

This type of advertising is all over Rightmove.
Help to buy, over 60's properties, etc etc. All these are advertised at a lower cost than they are if you are a bog standard adult.
You just need to read the whole advert, it's not like they haven't mentioned in the first line what the deals is!0 -
Im not disagreeing with you. But the OP is not asking for opinions on new builds or builders.
im not the one posting an opinion. Im saying people have different tastes and no one was asking whether you like the property or not.
If you cant help pr be constructive then dont post and do everyone a favour.
Yes people have different tastes.
I didn't say - OP you must be blind/stupid/a complete and total.... - because I don't think that and because that would be personally offensive.
I'll repeat, it's a public forum. The original question was answered. The question was one of opinion anyway. And the OP posted the advert, which includes pictures.
Frankly I don't like your tone in trying to moderate the forums.
Oh and I'd say if enough people point out the perceived fault of the property, it may open the OPs eyes and he or she decide to not buy it and thereby save themselves a lot of headache? - I'd say that's both helpful and constructive.0 -
Who is salivating, but only an idiot would pass up the opportunity of buying a house for 10p that they could sell for circa £400k+0
