Hotpoint Drier fire risk

I bought an Indesit at risk dryer last September. In December I contacted Indesit/Hotpoint via their website safety section.
In January received a safety notice from them.
Telephoned them today to complain and try to speed the repair up. Apparently, there is no record of my registration on their safety site. So, what is the point of the site?
However, the repair is scheduled for June.
