Mmmm....baileys Irish coffee, haven't had one of those in years fire**fly. Enjoy!
Enjoy your ginger wine too SylviaIt's funny how we look at what's left over from Xmas. I was debating on a Xmas pud the other day as I didn't have any biscuits in!
I decided not to in the end. Luckily it's as a good date on it!
Great news that you're getting your prize win after all
Well done on your speaker win indie! :T Fab win. Hope you've enjoyed your day off.
Also got lots of ironing Sheils. I just can't be bothered doing it just yet! I'm sat watching Slumdog millionaire at the min, love that film
Hopefully you'll get another bargain break soon with your points.
Glad you had a great time in Gibraltar Leanfun, sounds wonderful and somewhere I would like to go one day.
Alfie glad you got back on line with the help of Sheils and fire**fly :A I was trying to put photos onto the computer but my DD seems to have wiped all the settings off somehow! I would sure love a MacBook!
Had a walk to shops with girls while son went to footie then we had a takeaway because I was dead on my feet with all the walking and too exhausted to cook! I didn't really get anything from shops though, just looking for something for sons bday next week. Why is it so hard to buy for teenagers!Big thanks to all who contribute to the forums. Be lucky everyone and be safe!0 -
good morning all
it's a beautiful morning here even though we've had a good frost the sun's shining
hope it's a nice one for you all,
thanks wingo, yes enjoyed it
agree it's hard to buy for teenagers!
that's why we take the easy route &
give them the money so they can buy whatever they want,
hope everyone has a lovely, lucky dayx

Lovely sunny day here today. Rained most of the night so a bit wet out but think it will soon dry up now.
Have to agree Wingo that teenagers are always difficult to buy for think they would much rather see money in their card than something they don't really want. Also their expectations are so bit these days they can put all the money from different peeps together and buy something they have had their eye on.
Hope you managed to get the ironing done Sheils.
Good luck for and end of month win everyone.BIG THANKS TO ALL WHO POST THE COMPETITIONS0 -
Good morning everyone :hello:
Hope you're all ok on this glorious Sunday!
We had a fair bit of rain through the night here but thankfully
it's dry now and looking to be a fairly decent day. :j:drool:
Love both of these ^^^
I had a white wine spritzer yesterday evening and shall
probably have another one (or three!) tonight.
Just been having fun and games with my puddy cat :grinheart -
why do cats always wait until freshly laundered sheets are put on
the bed - then make a nose dive into the middle? - lost count of
how many times I had to turf her off until I'd finished making
the bed .... then when it was finally made .... blow me ... she
had totally lost interest and sauntered away! :rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:
You're right leanfun - I probably wouldn't recognise Gibraltar
now - maybe best to remember it as it was. Don't recall any
high rise buildings or yachts either come to think of it - just
remember thinking how quaint it all was.
I agree wingo - teenage boys are so difficult to buy for these
days! Hope you find some lovely pressies for him.
Just off now to grab myself an early bite to eat before I
do anything else.
Have a wonderful day all and good luck with end of month
comps!

Lovely day here too although we had a shower or too earlier which seemingly made the frost really slippy. We weren't out then though. Had to go to Tesco for vegetables.
Spent most of morning checking out ideas for our next few breaks so I can book them when they come live tomorrow.
The Holiday Inn Express near you is on the offer wingo so think we might have a couple of nights there in April. Have to pay £5 a day parking but for free nights we will probably do it. Might have a night at Hartlepool Marina first as only £29.50. Looking at York for next week.
Really must get some comps done now and emm I haven't done the ironing yet. Will do it later though (there isn't that much)
Hope everyone has a lovely day.
