Good Morning,

Wet and miserable here and set to continue to the afternoon. Maybe I will do my ironing!
Was a bit disapointed with the preview of the IHG hotels, possibly only book one night but did find a good 15k points one to book to join up our September Bournemouth break with our Devon break. That saved a lot of money as it is a Saturday night.
Alfie is having bother logging in at the moment if anyone is wondering where she is. Hopefully she will be back with us soon.

Morning everyone. We arrived back at midnight last night from our first ever week on the Costa Del Sol. We stayed along the coast from Marbella at Elvira and were so lucky with the weather about 15 degrees in the daytime. It only rained yesterday morning. We managed a day trip to Gibraltar and took local buses to two towns nearby. Pleased to say we did some walking each day. We had a good rest and done great fish meals.

DD1 is bringing GS around soon. So back to normal again.

Hope everyone is well. Our DD2 down Alfie's way have bad colds again. Two GS in completely different places were sick last week after going out in the fog. At least we missed that.

So far I've just read this page. Well done Sylvia on persevering with your win great news.

Wingo well done on your £40 win. Online shopping sounds a good idea. Think we'll put in an order too.

Sheils sounds as though you are well otgaised with your trips. Well done on the bargain night.

Glad you had a lovely break leanfun. It is a long time since we went to the Costa del Sol. Shame your GSs were sick. We have kept so much healthier since we had no kids at school, they seemed to bring everything back home with them.

Afternoon, welcome back leanfun. I have never been to Costa Del Sol but lived in Gib for nearly 3 years,many years ago.Glad to hear you had a good rest.
I have had a WEM come in from iwoniwon. I won a Betron KBS08 Bluetooth Speaker.Nice surprise on a weekend.

It's a beautiful weather day here - sunshine and blue skies

Your break sounds wonderful leanfun - I've not been to the
Costa Del Sol but did win a wonderful week (many years
ago) staying in Gibraltar (for family n' me ) - a mega bonus
was going out for a day trip on a boat to see the dolphins etc.

The pod of dolphins were gorgeous and swam along the side
of us, playing, leaping out of the water and enjoying the
company. :grinheart

Indie well done on win. Great surprise.

Indie and Alfie you would be surprised to see Gibraltar now. They have reclaimed a lot of land from the sea outside the walls and there are lots of high rise buildings. Plus now the navel dicks are full of yachts.

Still feel cold from taking GS to park this afternoon.
