Anyone watching Claridges. They are organising a nine course banquet. I was thinking who can eat all that but I then saw the first course. A few leaves in a kilner jar with live ants yuck. There is also a plant pot with soil in it and a few leaves and a flower. They are charging £200 a head for this.

Morning. Lo Rose I've often thought a fine dining meal would be nice then you look at the portion size (not that we eat that much), the meat is raw and then the bill!

I've just had two WEMs one goodread and the other a Dr Who CD. DD2 and SiL will be so pleased with CD.

We had GS overnight as DD1 has had to go to work today and he's already broken up from school. She spent Friday in bed with this infection. Nearly all the adults have had it now.

Have a good few days off Indie. Snap with the wrapping.

    Wishing everyone a lucky week.

Morning everyone. Dull again here this morning. Like you indie I am going to haul out pressies and get them wrapped. Think I have everything but as they say as sure as eggs are eggs I will have forgotten something. Ds is coming down later to take me to tesco to do some shopping. I have a £5 off coupon from Orchard so that will be a saving on bill. Hope everyone is well . Well done on wins leanfun.

  • It is a great poem and really made me laugh but think the question for the comp she entered it for was what would make christmas perfect this year so not sure a frazzled drunk mum is their idea of perfect :D:D

I missed it! Sounds disgusting - some people have more
money than sense! It's like a posh bushtucker trial! :D
