Morning everyone. Not so cold here today and sun is making a bit of an effort. Good you are up and running again shiels. No heavy wind or rain here yesterday but feel for the poor folks that had to endure it. Hope everyone is well.

Morning. It was a very sunny start today but it's dull again now. We had rain and very dull yesterday. Had to have lights on all day.

Great all is up and running again Sheils.

Trying to sum up some energy here. DS went back yesterday and had loads of delays in the trains but made it in time for school pickup.

Really cross with myself earlier I entered a competition was distracted thinking of something else and did not untick boxes. Lo will be deluged now.

Wow sun out again. Good luck everyone.

Thought this little bird was a right cutie.

Must be lovelly watching the squids firefly, I have seen a few here too.

Well we survived the night and all is well. Have almost all my towels and bath mats soaking wet and so have at least 2 loads of washing to get them clean.

Hope you managed to get some energy leanfun. I have done the same with a comp or two and been mad with myself as the emails come pouring in LOL.

Glad you got you wi fi sorted Sheils. Its lovely that DD is enjoying her placement.

Hope you're all ok. We had a dreadful weather day yesterday
from mid afternoon onwards - really heavy rain and gusty
wind :eek: - it's a bit better today - well a strange mix - it
keeps threatening to rain one minute then the next we have
blue skies and sun - it's having a bit of trouble deciding what to
do!

Thankful that you survived the night sylv after all the rain. :eek:

Apparently she's been compared to a Keith Lemon character.

she's Phoney G) sometimes she does posh and sometimes

rose - did you see Adam Thomas on I'm a Celeb doing a bush
tucker trial last night. :rotfl::rotfl::rotfl: I was laughing so
much I almost fell off my sofa! Hahahaha - all the strange
noises he was making! Thought he did incredibly well though
considering his phobia of spiders etc! :T :dance:

Well - am guessing it's time for another cuppa. Have a

I did see him alfie he was hilarious. It must be terrible to be as phobic about anything as much as he is. Did you see ant and dec on the aftershow thingy. Ant said he thought he was speaking in tongues lol. He did do well though. He has another bush tucker trial tonight along with danny baker.

Sylvia love your pic. Great to hear you are ok after all the rain even though you the washing. Not a good experience. Congrats on the skating.

I've managed to catch up with ironing so that is something.

Alfie your weather sounded strange yesterday. Lo don't like sound of spiders!

It is starting to feel cold again here. I hate the cold.
Posted our present and Dd's present off to DS1 in Sydney this morning.
Can't remember when we usually post it but better early than late. Bought our stamps too, not that we post that many cards. Presents are all wrapped too apart from my mum and dads as I haven't bought them anything yet. They are so hard to buy for and never look pleased with anything! DH moaning as I haven't said anything I would like.
Not the same when there are no children in the family , 2 working over Xmas and one too far away. Still will have DD with us until she starts working over Xmas too in the future!

Hope everyone is ok, Don't like these dark evenings i feel like it's 9 at night not 6..lol. We had torrential rain most of yesterday,eased up today but the wind has been bad.I have tomorrow off so looking forward to catching up with everything. Hope you all have a good evening.

Morning peeps. Back to frost again here. Cars are all white this morning. Was going to nip over to shop for a newspaper but it can wait. as pavements where they were wet are looking a bit glass like so I am assuming they are slippy with ice. Hope you are all well. Have a lucky one.
