Morning all, a bit chilly outside here again today. DH was on nights last night so he's now in bed and took heating control with him to bed too as he hates the heating on in bed! So looks like I'm freezing until I go to work!

Sheils our road is always getting used as a cut through too. In particular for the calor gas heating van carrying heavy bottles to the hardware store round the corner, it's no wonder the road is uneven. Glad they are finishing yours off. Have you found any bargain breaks yet?

Is there still mags out today fire**fly if it was Xmas bumper issues last week? I'm thinking of my mum who will no doubt buy the same mags again! She does it every year!

It was very mild yesterday when I met DD1. In fact I was far too hot with winter coat. Should have put jacket on. I managed to pick up a few more presents. Only a few more things to buy.

Alfie/fire**fly, don't get me started on Phoney flipping G! :mad: I didn't watch show on Saturday as I was at a race night for sons footie but I got all excited when she was in sing off on Sunday. She's out of tune, has no character and them glasses are annoying me! She couldn't 'wrap' a present!

Fire**fly, I love watching magpies too they are so funny and clever. I've probably mentioned before that Mam has a family of them in a tree at the end of her garden, they've been there for years. My bro's house is at the back of mams garden too (although his house is round corner) and the magpies just torment his elderly dog who can't run as fast and is half blind! One magpie torments him nipping his tail while the other takes it in turn to pinch his food or biscuits if his bowl is out! I bet it was fun watching them chase squirrels!

I'm so jealous of everyone who has their presents in, wrapped and tree up! I'm way behind again! (Can I borrow them roller skates of yours Sylvia! )
I did get a nice cheque in today for £10 from a hospice lottery that I do

Just to bring you up to speed on I'm a Celeb - it was the

Martin has been chosen to do the bush 'brewery' trucker trial
with Adam - Ola and Joel are also taking part. _pale__pale_ I really
don't know how they can do that - i would be gagging!
We will be seeing that tonight. That's it so far .... I think! I'm
trying to keep up with it all but ho hum. :whistle:

Lol at the magpies v your brothers elderly dog! :eek: - They're
very clever/bloomin cheeky those birds! :rotfl::rotfl:

Not long until we see Phoney G again! :eek: Wonder if she
sleeps in those dark glasses too! :cool: Surely this will be
the week that she's booted out.

single issues today,
Chat & Real People are double xmas issues today,
so your mum should have all the new ones today in shops,

Afternoon peeps. Been out all morning and it is just above freezing here. Still loads of frost lying again today. Well done on wins peeps. not checked e/mails yet and postie has not been. Saw him down the street so should be here shortly. Alfie i'm a celeb is getting a not gory with the trials have had to look away at some of the eating ones as was nearly gagging so will have eyes covered again tonight. Hope everyone is well.
