Morning everyone, chilly and wet start to the day here. Sorry to hear your DS failed his test luckofthedraw, i failed my first one and went home and cried, lol. Passed the 2nd time but that was 30 years ago. Don't think i would pass now.I looked on the first failure as a trial run and then knew what to expect with the next test.
I came home to a wem from daily mags yesterday a set of 5 books, nice surprise. I have the next 2 days off and we had a new lidls open just up the road yesterday so going to have a look round there later. Hope you all have a lucky day.0 -
Good morning everybody, cold and wet here. DD has had 3" of snow overnight and only managed to get out as she has a 4 wheel drive car as everyone was struggling to get down the lane.
Disappointed last night at SW as hadn't lost anything after a really good week. Hopefully it will come off next week as want to get my stone award by Christmas, 5 more weigh ins and 3.5 lb to go.
Hope you managed the mags OK yesterday firefly. How are you doing now? Do take care please.
Anyone got any snow yet. Its awful about Wales and the Midlands they suffered yesterday I think.
Hope you all have a lovely day and good luck for a nice win today.BIG THANKS TO ALL WHO POST THE COMPETITIONS0 -
Sylvia Brrrrr to the snow. Like Wingo I don't do cold very well. Don't be disappointed about SW you are doing well. Slow is better.
Sunny here this morning. Yes, bad for Wales and Midlands I think storm tomorrow.
Indie well done on your mags win. Great to hear when someone wins from them. We have Lidls near us. Much cheaper for lots of things especially Italian and has car park. Enjoy your days off.
Good luck everyone and have a great weekend.0 -

Morning everyone. Chilly here but at least it is dry out. Had some snow last night but it disapeared quickly. Good luck with B12 injections ff have had them in the past and they do perk you up a bit. Horrible when your internet is down shiels. I have a dongle which I use when away and no internet it is very handy if it does go down at home.0

 Hi everyone
Brrrr! It's bright, beautiful and bloomin' chilly here today.
No sign of snow though thank goodness!
Sorry to hear that your son failed his driving test luckofthedraw
but hey .... all the best drivers fail first time round :whistle:and
I'm with indie on this .... I also failed first time and went home
and cried.I also looked on the first failure as a trial
run and passed the second time! :j
It's brilliant he's already got a date for the next test.
Very well done indie on your books win through daily mags! :T
Sorry to hear that your brother is very poorly with severe
tonsillitis Becks. It's a shame that the hospital won't operate
on him - especially as he suffers every year! Sending (((hugs)))
to you and yours at this time. :A xxx
wingo - nothing surprizes me re that dreadful school! And as
for them ringing your poor mum and asking to speak to your
dad ..... absolutely beggars belief! It's a disgrace!
And here endeth an Alfie rant.:rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:
Seriously though ..... don't know how the school actually
gets away with it all.
Brilliant that your bracelet arrived so quickly! :T
Lol - love your hoglet pic sylv! :rotfl::rotfl: Try not to
worry about no weight loss - slow but sure - bet next week
will be a great week for you re weigh in.
Snap fire**fly - I've also got a vit B12 deficiency and just
this morning had my regular jab.Have it every 3 months
(had never heard of it before but apparently it's very
common) although a lady I know has to have hers more
frequently - it just depends I suppose on different medical
reasons.
As for me .... I find I do start to feel a little tired a few
days before my jab is due but once I've had it there's no
stopping me, rushing here, there and everywhere! :j
You will find a huge difference once you've started the
injections. :T :A
Well, best get on, love and hugs to all and take care.
