Lol ^^^^ that was me the other morning when I was
putting rubbish out in my dustbin. A huge blighter had
spun two webs either side of the trellis hiding the bin,
with a long bit in the middle to scuttle across and I
walked into it! :eek::eek: That was the point I turned
into a crazy ninja! :eek: :rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:

Morning all,


Sun shining away here but not sure how warm it is.
Been messing about with printer this morning as DS1 wanted stuff scanned and emailed to him and scan wouldn't work. Had to reinstall printer and then couldn't figure out how to do it! Old printer you just pressed a button on it but this one you have to press buttons on laptop. All done now anyway and changed the ink and printed some of my own stuff that I have been putting off.
DD and BF coming for dinner tonight and she is bringing up some Prosecco she still has left from her 18th They are both working so hard just now as the town is so busy with holiday makers. Hardly see DS3 either as he is working so many hours although he doesn't get extra pay which is so unfair.

must be admitting much as I don't mind
spiders I do shudder a bit if walking into one :eek:
we've a little twitchell at the side of the flats which is
a short cut up to the top shops & both sides have hedges
& many a time I've walked through & got caught
unawares with their webs in my hair :eek:

Had a lovely night with DD & BF. They have just left and we have loaded the dish washer so going to have a cuppa and then head off to bed.

I hope you're all ok.

Yesterday the sun was shining away all day long



and in fact it got rather warm working in the garden
so I ended up nipping between the garage and the shed
(nice cool places) having a good clear out of stuff that I
no longer use/need!

It's going to be another warm one today so will carry
on with my quest whilst dodging big spiders



that appear to be lurking in every corner! :eek:

Good Morning,


Sun shining again although wouldn't mind it being a bit hotter!
Trying to get a few comps done as haven't been entering that many and not winning much either.
Going to get washing up to date and dreaded ironing finished but there isn't that much really, then packing to do for Blackpool. Was going to come back on Tuesday as DD getting her exam results but she has been asked to work so thinking of adding a freebie at Holiday Inn as have loads of points.

Morning, Suns out and it's hot here. I have my washing out, hovered right through and washed the floors (need a lie down now..lol),Been out and got some shopping. Just have to change beds and that's all i am doing today.
Well done on the shoes win ff. I have been entering for a pair of those as well, so fingers crossed. I had a small win yesterday a runners up prize from Argos."Congratulations, you're a runner up and have won 2 adult tickets to GoFest 2016, for 13th and 14th August 2016 at Surrey Sports Park, Guildford". I won't be able to go but my neice should be able to.So at least they will be used.
Time for a coffe and catch up with some comps. Hope you all have a lovely day, whatever your up to.
