Good morning all, feeling OK now thanks everyone.

Well done on the wins in the Inn.

I noticed that your DD has passed her theary test Sheils so thats one thing out of the way. Our Son in Law took is road test last week and failed. Has to wait until November to get another on which is a shame as he is wanting to get a van for work.

Hoe you a have a lovely weekend.
BIG THANKS TO ALL WHO POST THE COMPETITIONS

Morning, Suns out and it's hot here. I have my washing out, hovered right through and washed the floors (need a lie down now..lol),Been out and got some shopping. Just have to change beds and that's all i am doing today.
Well done on the shoes win ff. I have been entering for a pair of those as well, so fingers crossed. I had a small win yesterday a runners up prize from Argos."Congratulations, you're a runner up and have won 2 adult tickets to GoFest 2016, for 13th and 14th August 2016 at Surrey Sports Park, Guildford". I won't be able to go but my neice should be able to.So at least they will be used.
Time for a coffe and catch up with some comps. Hope you all have a lovely day, whatever your up to.

Phew - I feel worn out just reading how busy you've
    been this morning indie! :p

It's hot here too so just about to get myself into gear
and carry on with my cleaning quest of sorting out
garage and shed. (In the cool!). :D

Well done winning tickets to GoFest 2016 - it's
brilliant that your niece can enjoy them. Just googled
to see what it is - sounds a brilliant and fun way to
enjoy dance, sport and other healthy activities. Crikes -
just scrolled down and see they provide food, drinks and
Main Stage Entertainment! Excellent! It just gets better
    and better! :T

    Hi sylv ....

So pleased you are feeling ok now - was fairly
    worried.

Sorry to hear that your SIL failed the road test - just
remember - all the best drivers fail first time round!
    :D :rotfl::rotfl::rotfl: Just saying :whistle::grin:

    Take care,

Afternoon all :) Glorious day today, although I was up early as I heard a buzzing around me so jumped out of bed! :o The sun seems to get attracting more flies in kitchen so I've been brave and left a spider to set up home to get rid of them! _pale_

Well done on the shoes win fire**fly :T Hope it's a lucky month for you :)

You've been busy indie! Well done on the Gofest tickets too, I'm sure your niece will love them :j

Sheils, I finally got my printer up and running the other day. I had installed too many drivers so PC didn't know which one to use apparently! Good luck with your printer :) Not long for Blackpool for you. I've just had tesco vouchers in, I've got £50 so debating if to use them on days out.

Fingers crossed your SIL passes his theory soon Sylvia. Hope you and DH are much better now xx

Alfie, I've left DH to sort out junk in garage now as I know there lots of crawlies in there! :D He took a shed down the other week and there was a wasp nest! Hope you manage to clear all yours safely :)

I've just realised that our holiday has gone down £600 in price which to me is a lot of money. I just thought I would check in the hols thread if I could claim back as I know you can claim back flight on Easyjet but wasn't sure about our holiday but I wish I hadn't asked in there now! There's always someone to immediately shoot you down. :o Even pms had asked a simple logical question and someone jumped down her throat! I hate venturing out of the comps thread! :p

Glad you are feeling better Sylvia. Shame your SIL failed driving test. There is a 3 month wait here too. Poor nephew was supposed to sit his in June and it was cancelled as examiner ill and he has to wait until September. DD has been told to apply for hers but is scared to as not ready to sit it yet.

So annoying when holidays go down in price after you book wingo. i checked mine the other day and it was £50 cheaper but the flight I booked wasn't available so not like for like. I hate flying really early as I am always sick so book for later in the day even though it usually means getting home late on return journey.

There are strong winds forecast for tomorrow so I am wondering if the Air show will still be on in Blackpool. Going to go and see if there is anything online about it.

Been to park to make the most of the sunshine! DH called in shop to buy a box of ice lollies but we only needed 5 so he thought he would ask people walking past of they wanted one! They must have thought he was up to something stopping people and asking them if they wanted a lolly! :D

It doesn't look like we can do anything about the hol going down on price but it seems a lot £600! I will never ask in other threads again, they're quick to pounce with their sarcastic comments!

Hopefully it won't be too windy Sheils for the air show at Blackpool. Is it tomorrow you go? Isn't it funny we met up in Redcar on the same day 2 yrs running! It was even more funny when I realised I was wearing the same top again when you posted on FB the other day! :rotfl: The kids call it my ice cream top....can't think why! :p

Hope you manage to get sorted in the shed Alfie :)

Did you have T/A tonight fire**fly? We've just had spaghetti bol:)
