Fire**fly, that sounds reassuring your sis having the artificial grass too with no probs. I'm definitely gonna have to get some! We still have a large trampoline in garden so I want to section that bit off with chipping underneath and put borders either side of garden so we won't need that much artificial grass. :)

C0nfused, I have a border collie who's very playful and dug big holes in garden but DH has since filled them in and he hasn't touched them since so I think the artificial grass might be ideal. He tends to do his business down the back of garden now so easier to clean. :) Lol @ the dog almost digging a tunnel! :D

Leanfun, you sound like you're more organised on the iPad than me. I've been comping on iPad a while now but haven't really won anything on it like I used to on PC. Good luck with the ctw's and hope they are lucky! :)

Hope you get the sun on your days off indie :)

Hiya pms  I haven't seen Les Mis yet but my DD loves it and sings the songs brilliantly. I must make a point of watching it! Has your DD had her Prom yet? DD's is end of this month. My niece was taking her in her lovely Audi car but some idiot nicked it the other day and smashed part of it up while drunk!

Anyone bored with the footy yet? Hope there is no fighting on Thursday ahead of the England match. We could do without getting kicked out of the Euro's!

Thanks for the link FF :A Well done on the rocking chair :j I can just see you with your knitting rocking away! :D I had a bootsale the other week and had a small child's rocking chair to sell. As soon as I got it out the car lots of people came over wanting it! They're still very much in fashion! :)
Big thanks to all who contribute to the forums. Be lucky everyone and be safe!

Crikes leanfun - you have really got the comps sussed out
now! :D Good luck doing the CTW's! I don't do them
myself but actually I started to do some comps on my

do them that way cos they take an age loading on my
    little lappie! :p

wingo - I reckon artificial grass will suit you just fine!

Wonder who'll be hoovering it! smileys-household-129050.gif

Morning peeps hope you are all well. Bit dull here this morning although it is not cold. Been popping in and out as have lost my comping mojo a bit and I am having a good spring clean of house Have loads of eight pane glass doors and hate doing them but gk's have taken there toll on the with finger prints. also changing curtains etc which is a nightmare as I have very high ceilings so top of windows is very high as well. Have a lucky one

Wet and grey here this morning, so make the most of the sun, you lucky ones! :)

Just got my parcel - it was indeed the Eric Lanlard baking book, and it's actually a signed copy! I still haven't got my mum a birthday present (her birthday is in April), so she might be getting this! When you're skint you've got to do the best with what you've got...right?! :rotfl:

I was just going to say it's been sunny here all morning and sun has gone in. Like you Rose it's not cold. Yesterday I had to put heating on for a bit.

Rose every now and then I have a couple of days of comping as l did last week then I start again refreshed. Hope Spring cleaning goes well.

Lo Firefly about rocking chair. That's a disappointment. Thanks for pics and you Alfie. I smiled about hoovering the grass. Yes, we will see if my new CTWs pays off. Doubt it as its down to luck but it keeps me going.

Wingo that grass sounds ideal. Great to have a project to work on. It's funny but when I had a run of wins Son in law said what was it i.e. Email address, or was it iPad!

Princessmoneysaver we have not seen Les Mis at all but makes me want to see it now will look out for film.

Hope everyone has a good and lucky jump day.

DD's prom is 1st July, I have a pic of her in her dress - I'll send you on FB hun. We offered to do the whole limo thing, sharing costs with her friends parents but some of them refusing to pay costs so instead she'll end up going in someone's car. Gutted for her cos she really wanted the limo but wants to be with her friends too. Sorry to hear about what happened to the car, some real idiots about

Samantha Bark is also in the stage version of Les Mis, can't remember off hand which one but I have it on DVD - one of my favourite films ever! Micheal Ball & Alfie Boe are doing a concert local (ish) in November, both have been in Les Mis so know they would have some tracks from it but I'll be approx 37 weeks then so daren't risk booking it at £75 a ticket

Just had a quick look & she's in both of these versions of Les Mis, the second link is the better one (personally) but they are both really good.

Just had a very surprise delivery turn up. A children's paddling pool and a bottle of Tescos Olive Oil. No paperwork with it. What a strange combination!

The packaging had sender Edkins and Ives Blobal limited, which looking up is a media company.

I could have entered for a paddling pool but don't remember the comp as for Tesco Olive Oil I forgot to put it on last online shopping so am about to run out so very welcome.
