UKPC, Court Claim Form
Comments

Much better, and yes you log on and you submit that defence via MCOL, be confident now that this is better than it would have been and stronger than most people who struggle to cope with a private parking charge claim. Of course the court needs to know it's from you, your defence as defendant.
You cannot 'start a POPLA appeal' unless the court orders POPLA is to be undertaken (much later) and then UKPC would have to give you POPLA codes x 6 first.
The next thing will be your DQ from the court and the Part 18 reply, which is the stage Anthony94 is at right now, so compare notes with him (and Garsantinos and Clark13 and any other poster with a UKPC court case on here).
The Newbies sticky thread already tells you about DQ stage in bargepole's thread linked there under 'small claims'.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

the questionnaire has been revived, but was abroad got a few days to fill it out.. do you get the extra days like with the claim form? for posting?
also needed some general help if anyone can direct me or advice on filling it out and any key point!
Thank you0 -
You normally get a month to return the DQ - the date it must be returned by will actually be stated (as a date) on the accompanying Notice that you should have received with the DQ form.
(Put in that you want the hearing to be at your local court)0 -
This was sent by gladstone and they are asking for the case to be delt with on paper without the need for an oral hearing.. from what has been said that should be avoided oral hearing benefits this case. does it take long to fill out... only a couple of days to go.. :S
anything else that can be done ?
also getting other dept collector letters and ive read to ignore.. so does that mean just wait and see if they do a claim form or not?0 -
and witness etc?0
