You do want this to go via the small claims track don't you?

The claimant is the creditor - you are the defendant. Are you sure you have read up on all this??

You seem to have missed bargepole's summary of how to fill in the boxes (of course the small claims track is the right track).

Have a look in the NEWBIES thread under 'small claim?' in the first post, underneath all the stuff about appeals, where the second link is bargepole's summary of what happens when/how to fill in the forms. These questions are already answered and it tells you about witness statements, etc. (usually just your own witness statement which you submit later on, with your full defence, should a hearing be listed).

No idea what you are asking?

Bargepole's post tells you that you do not tick 'no' to small claims track because of course it is the right place for this case to be heard. You do not contest jurisdiction - small claims track is the right track.

Sounds like it is progressing normally, as expected.

Has the latest letter indicated when the hearing will be or directed you to do anything?

It is really difficult to understand what you are stating here not least as you don't appear to be using a spell checker !

Why are you referring to "respon to glandiston" (Do you mean Gladstones? I thought the solicitors were SCS on the claim...

You certainly though do not want to agree to a paper hearing.

Can you please clarify how you completed form N180

I do hope you said yes to small claims track?

Sorry that the last post didn’t make sense.. was worried that ive messed up…
In the questionnaire it was said yes for small claim . I miss understood and thought that was wrong for second! but it was done correctly.

It is Gladstones… To say no to the paper hearing a letter has to be sent to gladstones?

I completed the PART 18 with the full name, codes etc signature and address. The part 18 is above in this thread the one I submitted ill copy paste it below. They responded saying it will cost too much so unless it’s through the court they can’t do it? I didn’t understand what was meant by through the court I sent the part 18 to gladstones? The address on the small claims form.Still dont understand why they havn't responded to it any advices?

Hope this made things more clear!

The Registerd keeper has a blue badge.. should this be taken to the hearing... just to show that the registered keeper has the ability to park in many other places close by free of charge... does that help ? It wasn't said when the hearing would be or any indication when it will be!

    1. What is the basis of the claim. Is UKPC making a claim as an agent of the landowner or is UKPC making the claim as occupier in their own right?
