Their response to the part 18 was - "A full response to your resut weill not be provided until a formal application has been submitted through the court. we have been telling you for ages that we thought it was PCM , and not UKPC and not PCN either , lol

you should go to post #1 and edit the thread title (edit - advanced edit) , delete UKPC and change it to PCM

as for pics , you cannot upload them here, its that simple

what you CAN do is upload them to a hosting site and link them in your reply

Gotcha...! No offer to park. You have to able to argue it well though, like bargepole did.

Obviously those cases will form part of your defence bundle in due course! You could do with a copy of the opinion on this from Professor Furmston, author of the contracts textbook. But bargepole has that and I'm not sure the Prankster has a copy.

cloned copies of professor furmston are available on ebay :j


however you might just find that the author wrote to a forum member called "bargepole" perhaps asking him for clarification might help


or even email the parking prankster to see if he has any details he can forward

Thank you the court date is now set for the end of june (5weeks from now). Still nothing back from part 18? Also need to prepare skeleton and witness statment read up on it before.. going through the forums for more info
