    I have no witness evidence? what could that be?

    Also need help with my first defense please ?

    Worst comes to worst is it possible to reduce the sum in court?

    How long is a skeleton defense? and is it just going over the part 18? the email with the evidence was just revived..

    Think about it, any contract would be with the signs at the time you parked, not any new or amended signs after the event!

    If they are sending evidence that did not exist at the time of the event they are lying to the court.

    Cant find witness statement or skeleton form.. in the forum it mentions members on here that can assist.. havnt seen a layout of either?
