NPs/decorations .... are you currently sitting in:

    - Un homage de tres chic?
    - Monsieur Santa's Grotto?

I do love a grotto.... there's nothing "classy, adult, refined, sophisticated" about the bits and bobs I've collected in recent years and brought together in my Temple of Tinsel.

    :)

Today a 29cm high, 19cm wide ceramic Santa dish/bowl joined my other tat. No idea what'll go in it.... it's probably built for nuts or a bit of fruit. But it's in my possession .... so that's a start.

I just have a tree, but not sure I'd call that, or the rest of the house, tres chic.

If yours were near to me I'd offer to go and press my nose against their window; I know, however, that nobody's people are near me.

Thanks but not near you, or any other NP.

I don't know how I would begin to explain a NP randomly turning up at their door.

Working 3 days a week this month (for pupil premia ever6 reasons) which means I finished for xmas yesterday whereas normally I work up to xmas eve.

I feel much more organised than normal. We are just going to roast a chicken unless we get a nice ta duck or goose on xmas eve - we don't like turkey and hardly ever do a roast so once we add all the trimmings it only being a chicken won't be a problem.
    I think....

A reasonable person can always appear plausible... I'd put it down to a "Virtual PA service". :)

I scrub up well enough - and don't look like I'm casing joints :)

Anyway, if the lights are on .... no need to knock on the door ... phone client for next instruction.

I assume you found them already?

No tree, no decorations...just like any other day of the year.
We made it! All three boys have graduated, it's been hard work but it shows there is a possibility of a chance of normal (ish) life after a diagnosis (or two) of ASD. It's not been the easiest route but I am so glad I ignored everything and everyone and did my own therapies with them.
Eldests' EDS diagnosis 4.5.10, mine 13.1.11 eekk - now having fun and games as a wheelchair user.

You're working less to earn less to enable your childrens' school(s) to claim an additional £900 per child per year in additional funding? That goes with children entitled to free school meals.

This should help fund their efforts to close the gap between disadvantaged children, like yours, and children with parents who earn more than £16,190 a year.
Everything that is supposed to be in heaven is already here on earth.
