Big red helicopter just flew away, possible in the direction of Ysbyty Gwynedd... So maybe it was the air ambulance again. It's not showing on Flightradar anyway.
But there's a plane came out of Liverpool has been going up and down over Caernarfon for ages now! I wonder if it's Google Earth... I've done a screen grab but don't know how to put it on here?
Update: Weird plane now heading away from Caernarfon. Maybe on way home to Liverpool. It's a Partenavia P68B Victor and owned by Ravenair I think.
We have Military jets often in twos regular fly over our garden here...we had only been here a couple of months and whilst in the Garden...our normal pastime...a huge Military Tank parked up outside with half a dozen soldiers and arms...having spoken to one of them they where on maneuvers but could say no more from Poiters and NO we could not take a photo of them!!!!apparently...yes it all happens in the country
One of our hens made more noise than usual after laying an egg....a huge 110 grams only twice her normal size poor thing....

Isn't there a nice cinema theme park there? I'd love to see that again! There is no honour to be had in not knowing a thing that can be known - Danny Baker0 -
But we don't get double the bin emptying, double the police protection, double the street sweeping etc
Just to quibble: your house probably has double the frontage of PN's, so perhaps you do get double the street sweeping? No reliance should be placed on the above! Absolutely none, do you hear?0 -

Male family is always going to know better than everyone
My building site is wonderful. Everyone is respectful. I think I get better treatment from being a woman. I was terrified it would be the opposite. I don't carry any particular gravitas with me, although I found it yesterday, so it's there if needed.
Admittedly, I've provided people with significant chunks of work or constant employment and I know what I'm talking about, but I generally manage by assuming that others are better at their job than I am at their job. And I behave like I am grateful for their work and their experience. Seems to work! A couple of people may have said they prefer working for me than my other half.
Ultimately, good people want to do a good day's work, provide what's being asked of them and have someone happy, somthey're happy. Collaboration is good and I've found I can get what I need without telling people how I want it done. I'll say what I need, they tell me how they want to do it, then we'll just converse on finer points.
I essentially stood and watched someone talk to themselves last week about how they were going to do something and they thanked me for a great meeting. I love work like that.Everything that is supposed to be in heaven is already here on earth.

that could be FutureScope though never been only passed by over the years of going down to Spain....we had an apartment there from late 80's to 2004. San Juan de Alicante was great for that time but had to move on for early retirement funds....0 -

And being separate people must leave the house and use the county's roads separately at different times, thus spending double the time outside on said swept streets.Everything that is supposed to be in heaven is already here on earth.

Having had serious illness for me and husband now in the past and then recently our daughter has had treatment for aggressivee breast cancer we are aware we are now different for these life changing experiences but it also makes us appreciate a lot more in life and realise life is not forever for any of us and if you can make the most of each day and do what you can for anybody in need then that is a good day in our books....we have always had a personal joke about nice people and now we have found some I reckon.....cannot beat a glass of french wine for a mellow attitude!!! regards Dianne0

And your children were covered by police protection - and there are two of you - so probably 3-4x the protection
Your kids probably caused the mess that needs the street sweeping, carelessly discarding their Maccy D wrappers while checking on their iPhones before coming home to eat kale and quinoa and tell you how lovely that meal was:)
My kids' taxes are going to pay your pension.
I can promise you that we have never had kale or quinoa here. I think my kids eat posher than me. DS1 pays his own council tax and DS2 has student exemption.GDB222 wrote:Just to quibble: your house probably has double the frontage of PN's, so perhaps you do get double the street sweeping?

The car has had a software upgrade and is now behaving. Once I had switched it back to calibrating the satnav in miles rather than metres. Rather bizarrely, switch to metres and the voice changes to english with a german accent and the odd german word thrown in for good measure, but still speaking english!I'm a Forum Ambassador on the housing, mortgages & student money saving boards.
