There's a cost element too. Good/warm/waterproof clothing + good footwear ... all to be able to spend another £2/day on food. Adds up to a cost of "free exercise" in the order of £3/day.

£90 a month ... I'm better off eating less and being idle :)

Typing, allegedly, burns 100 calories/hour. Reading and clicking ... nothing.

We got a treadmill from Mr T shortly after xmas for £100 and I do it in my Crocs so no other costs of exercise.
    I think....

Yes, but that treadmill's in a spare room worth £50k in your house, so it's costing you money in not using that space to generate money :)

You could've got 6 bunk beds in there - and got more of those students squeezed in :)

Now why hadn't I thought of that - actually it is in the family room in front of the tellie so putting bunk beds there would get in the way of us watching....

I was going to say, putting a treadmill in a spare room is a sure fire way of it never getting used!

Hospital stuff was much less nasty than the prep stuff! Nurses and other staff kind and we had a bit of a laugh too - always makes life a bit better.

Got my med records today! Including the phone call we made this morning!!! :rotfl:
